Just had my 5th operation at this hospital. Treated with dignity and respect at all times. Staff and friendly and professional. Hospital is immaculately clean no matter where you look. I live in Southampton and I would rather travel here than use the general hospital there. I know it's bigger but it is not a clean place and they have no idea about infection control. Here at New Hall I can relax and recover without worrying about catching an infection. 11 out of 10. And a big thank you to the administrative staff for changing the date of my operation so I could attend a family wedding.

On 5th July I had a new hip fitted at New Hall Hospital. From admittance to discharge my care was EXCELLENT !! Service "from top to bottom" does not apply here as every staff member performs their tasks effectivelly and efficiently as part of a " Complete Team". They all contribute equally to give an amazing service. Be you Prince or Pauper you are an individual ( not a number) as each patient is treated with the same care and respect. Communication regarding appointments, procedures and aftercare are precise and clearly explained. Many thanks to New Hall for all you have done. Mr Walter Cozens

I have just had Cevical Spinal Surgery with Mr Paul Davis operating. I have to say the treatment I have received at New Hall has been 2nd to None. Right from the beginning with the ancillary staff sorting out my consultation that my GP practice had mucked up. Through to consultation with Mr Davis. The nurses doing pre meds and those staff on the day of surgery have been nothing short of amazing. Thank you all so very much.
