All fine , clean and comfortable waiting room with coffee machine biscuits and water Just the tv was very blue screen so not pleasant to watch whilst waiting Parking was fine and no charge to park

Had spinal surgery here 24/07/2025 and the whole experience from start to finish was truly amazing! As an NHS patient I was treated here and I really cannot give this place enough praise! From the reception staff, nursing team, anaesthetists and surgeon, I could not have felt more cared for and supported during my overnight stay for my procedure! The team here, collectively do an amazing job! The hospital is immaculately clean and even the food is good! My partner has had procedures done at the Spire and Nuffield and this place outshines them both in every way. I would definitely recommend New Hall to anyone considering treatment. My recent experience at New Hall was excellent. Prior to my procedure, I met with my consultant at New Hall to assess my condition and confirm the necessity of treatment. The consultation and pre-admission communication were clear, thorough, and reassuring. On the day of the procedure, although I was anxious 😟, I was extremely well looked after: from arrival from consultant, anaesthetist, nurses and catering! . Everyone was professional and supportive. During questions I was asked if there was any chance I could be pregnant — a little weird and unlikely, given I’m a 65-year-old man! I stayed overnight and felt well cared for throughout, and when I returned three days later to have my catheter removed, the nurse was fantastic and put me completely at ease. Five star experience and I would happily recommend New Hall.

This hospital is fantastic. Had 6 operations on my neck and back here. I have always been treated with dignity and respect at all times. The hospital is so clean you could eat off the floors. Every member of staff i have encountered has been 100 focused on the patient and their recovery. So glad i have been treated here under the NHS by one of the top surgeons in the country. May need anothe op on neck will have to see.

Absolutely brilliant hospital, from arriving yesterday I was going down to theatre within 40 minutes. Brilliant surgeon and all the staff look after you so well, would definitely recommend 💯
