  • All the staff & nurses at New Hall were amazing. Friendly & helpful throughout. The communication from Mr Higgins admin team was equally good. I was made to feel welcome & looked after.

  • The appointment was handled very efficiently and although the main waiting area we used later was extremely crowded due to local road closures, staff did what they could to mitigate this.

  • I have been dealing with a slipped disc for two years (2024), my GP sent me to New Hall Hospital and I have now had a disc replacement and everything has gone amazingly, the staff I met during the build up to the procedure such as MRI etc were excellent and so friendly and everyone from the surgery and recovery team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe, I am very grateful and thankful to you all!

  • I had my second hip replacement last week and I cannot praise the hospital and staff enough. From my amazing surgeon Mr Sampralli who did both my hips and the wonderful kind and helpful staff in the ward. À very special physio who was so kind and helpful, to Salvi who managed my pain and the rest of the ward. you are all amazing people. I couldn’t have had better care. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart Sylvie Edgell
