I received excellent care from start to finish (surgery for subacromial decompression - i.e. keyhole surgery to my shoulder) from all staff I interacted with, and the process was pleasant and smooth all the way through. The information/advice received beforehand was excellent, and everything went as I had been led to believe it would. I would definitely recommend New Hall to others. Thank you to Mr Higgins and his team. Excellent procedure, especially Emma & Toni in recovery. They were so kind and patient. Also CJ physio and Rasangika nurse. They both encouraged me and were so kind when I was not feeling brilliant. I would recommend Ramsay hospital to anyone if they want excellent service, compassion and cleanliness. Thank you again.

While Mr. Hutton & his team at New Hall Hospital provided excellent surgical care, the experience was made so much easier by Mr. Hutton's secretary Abigail Miles. I was quite anxious about my upcoming procedure and had several emails before and after my procedure with Abigail, following my procedure even after twelve months of no contact at all when i emailed Abigail again regarding a scheduled appointment Abigail came straight back to me with the answer's i was looking for. As a patient Abigail's efficient communication made a huge difference to my overall patient experience. Thank you

The appointment was handled very efficiently and although the main waiting area we used later was extremely crowded due to local road closures, staff did what they could to mitigate this.

I have been dealing with a slipped disc for two years (2024), my GP sent me to New Hall Hospital and I have now had a disc replacement and everything has gone amazingly, the staff I met during the build up to the procedure such as MRI etc were excellent and so friendly and everyone from the surgery and recovery team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe, I am very grateful and thankful to you all!
