  • The reception staff always seem rushed. They do not acknowledge my presence on arrival, if they are on the phone, with even a nod of the head or a raised hand. On one recent occasion I was given a self pay form with another patient's name on it. There is not enough parking at New Hall and the car park signs are not clear. Today the doors to the downstairs outpatients reception were being painted and there were no signs to an alternative entrance. The bottom rail of the outside of the window behind the downstairs reception is totally rotten. It is clearly visible from the corridor outside the consultation rooms.

  • What a team at New Hall, so, so professional, my spinal surgeon Nick Evans is a magician, he worked his magic and has helped me to walk more easily, he also, gave me the utmost confidence during his initial consultation and during my procedure. All the care team at New Hall were also superb, so friendly and professional, I cannot rate them or thank them highly enough. Thank you all at New Hall, I will never forget the fresh opportunities in my life that you have opened up for me. ❤️

  • I had a Holep Prostate operation here and I can honestly say the staff and surgeons responsible were fantastic. The hospital is bright airy and ever so clean. Food is first class and the care you receive is just wonderful. Altogether a very good experience.
