  • Have just had my 2nd cataract done today under the care of Dr Morales and his excellent team, all very helpful and caring. Warm greeting from receptionist on arrival. All in all exceptional care from start to finish. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

  • Every single person involved in my care, both at the time of my operation and in my recovery period at home, has been totally sympathetic and understanding, and not just the medical tam, but the catering staff and the Manager who brought me a bowl of fruit when I remarked that I was missing my daily fresh fruit - amazing! The follow-up to my surgery was a case in point: I had severe pain, then an infection in my wound. The nursing staff checked on me regularly by phone, and called me back if they were concerned. Finally, the physio team got me back on my feet, again with sympathy and understanding - and occasional firmness! Thank you New Hall!

  • I found reception area easy to find! The staff were all friendly, made me feel comfortable. We’re very helpful in taking me to areas of the hospital I needed to go. Surgeons put my mind at ease, explained everything about the procedures. Even went above & beyond, as I live out of the area. They deserve full star rating!

  • I was very well taken care of from the moment I checked in, was kept informed at each stage as well as being checked on and offered refreshments. The only area for improvement is around being discharged and the time it took. This is similar to having a lovely meal in a restaurant, being ready to leave and asking for the bill; not being able to leave because they don’t bring you the bill. You’ve had the service and you just want to go home and the inefficiency at this stage is irritating.

  • Following a most helpful phone call with Ms Freeman’s private secretary I attended a foot surgery consultation’ at Newhall Hospital. The outcome of which was a feeling of relief and confidence in the diagnosis and recommended treatment. Having agreed to proceed with an operation the date and relevant documentation required by Newhall Hospital were efficiently organised. The day of the operation was made less stressful by the kindness and care taken by all the staff. The operation itself was carried out quickly and efficiently by what can only be described as an excellent team led by Ms Freeman. Prior to discharge I was given clear and informative instructions for post-op activity along with the times for the follow up appointments. This was followed by a much appreciated home phone call by Ms Freeman to check on my progress. The outcome from the post-op and stitch removal appointment with Ms Freeman ended in her saying the wound had healed completely and no further treatment or appointments were needed. From the initial contact to the final appointment I was treated with the best possible care and respect. I will have no hesitation in recommending Ms Freeman to others should the occasion arise.
