Communication is impeccable. All staff I have encountered go above and beyond, with your dignity always maintained; they are all very polite and well mannered. Which is putting me at ease for my up and coming op.

Some of the best services, skilled people, and kindest people I've ever met. Above else, they have literally saved me from severe pain and further injury. I genuinely feel incredibly relaxed at this hospital.

Lovely hospital would advise anyone that isnt happy with theyre consultant unfortunately i had the misfortune with one particular person advised to email complaint and within a couple mins i had him changed to mr evans lovely man but unfortunately couldnt do anything else so ive been transfered to the wessex spinal unit iin Salisbury

Thanks to the consultant, nurses, anesthetist and all other staff for the wonderful treatment I received on having a knee replacement. I cannot fault your care and attention to making my time with you very special. See you for the next one

Had a hip replacement on Tuesday back home on Wednesday evening. The staff are wonderful, helpful and efficient., I would recommend this hospital every time!!!

I don't think 5 stars are enough to rate my experience at New Hall. I had a debilitating shoulder osteo arthritis problem which had really affected the quality of my life. I was referred to Mr Elmorsey who I can only describe as nothing short of a surgical genius !! For the year prior to surgery, I could barely clean my teeth without experiencing grinding of bone on bone and pain. Now I can split firewood, dig the foundations to a garden building and oh so importantly, sleep, on the previously problematic shoulder . Thank you so much for your professional treatment , and expertise that you demonstrated with me, absolutely first class and truly life changing.
