  • All the staff were friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful. The outpatients’ waiting area was comfortable with tea & coffee available if desired. Overall, my visit was a very pleasant experience. The nursing staff were excellent when I had my operation. They were kind, friendly, patient and quick to help whenever needed and the room I stayed in was well-equipped with lovely en-suite facilities. The physiotherapists are excellent, personalizing a recovery plan and paying attention to details that I need to work on. I have been very impressed and more than satisfied with the service I have received at North Downs. Thank you!

  • All the staff at North Downs hospital treated me with outstanding kindness, my appointments ran on time. The food was delicious, my suite was wonderful, the nurses are very attentive and kind. Thank you all so much for making the experience so positive.

  • I feel very lucky and I am very grateful to all the staff I came across during my pre op assessment - very caring nurse Krystal, my hysterectomy performed by Mr S Kar, the lovely female anesthesiologist and all the amazing nurses who looked after me after the op, sorry can't remember their names. The ladies on reception, the lady who asked me what food I wanted to order. I had a very positive experience despite my high anxiety and fear about the op.

  • A welcoming, comfortable and clean environment; service was extremely efficient. My procedure was booked incredibly quickly after my first consultation. On the day I came in for my procedure (gastroendoscopy), I was taken care of extremely well, including an excellent lunch. Friendly doctors and nurses.
