All staff members were friendly; including reception and hospitality members, who were very entertaining! The nurses specifically listened to my concerns, and offered great reassurance before I underwent the treatment. The medical staff were excellent in explaining my procedure and possible outcomes. I felt that my treatment and stay at North Downs Hospital was important to the medical staff.
