  • Can’t thank Mr Kar and the lovely staff at North Downs enough for a such a smooth experience having had Laparoscopic Hysterectomy done there on 10/1/26. Their kindness and care is second to none. There knowledge advice and support helps during ab emotional, anxious time. I had a quick, easy recovery and was back to work at start of the 5th week. These super hero’s do not get enough praise for all their hard work. 💕

  • All the staff were friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful. The outpatients’ waiting area was comfortable with tea & coffee available if desired. Overall, my visit was a very pleasant experience. The nursing staff were excellent when I had my operation. They were kind, friendly, patient and quick to help whenever needed and the room I stayed in was well-equipped with lovely en-suite facilities. The physiotherapists are excellent, personalizing a recovery plan and paying attention to details that I need to work on. I have been very impressed and more than satisfied with the service I have received at North Downs. Thank you!
