I had an laparoscopy at this hospital in November 2023 after a referral from the NHS, just slipped my mind to do the review! but the staff were amazing. From the moment I went in from my procedure to staying overnight and leaving everyone was so supportive and friendly. Every single member of staff did their best to make my experience comfortable as possible and I will be forever grateful to all of them. Thank you so much for getting me on the road to recovery

The surgery was absolutely fantastic. The admin support was very poor e.g. I was given an appointment over the phone which did not make it to the system and was it not honoured.
