As previously stated, From the very first consultation August 2025 through to surgery October 2025 and recovery Mr Malek and the staff at Rowley Hall, Beacon Park and Stafford Rugby Club have been extremely thorough throughout. Mr Malek explained information in regard to findings, requirements and actions needed to know in regard to the damage which was visible through the x ray completed upon my consultation visit and what was recommended this also included information into the total replacement of my left hip replacement with ceramic and bioplastic liner ball and socket components also supplying information on why Mr Malek recommended using the materials recommended and not titanium due to recent findings and upgraded test findings of new components. Mr Malek and all the staff involved have been extremely professional, helpful and communicative throughout my experience including post surgery check-ups. I would like to pass on my upmost appreciation for the fantastic care to Mr Malek and all his colleagues for the exceptional service provided throughout. If I am unfortunate to require any future surgeries ie Knee,Hip replacement/surgery. I would definitely request Mr Malek and his colleagues for their expertise following on from my experience received. Many thanks to all involved.

Appointment was on time. Consultant was attentive and professional. Plenty of time to discuss pros and cons of any future treatment. My left hip was replaced at Cannock Hospital 15 years ago and X-rays and scans confirm it is still ok.

A lovely building with newly renovated rooms. Clean and appealing. The staff are wonderful from the Theatre staff, to the Nurses, the Physios, Receptionists the Kitchen staff and Cleaners. (I hope I didn't miss anyone). Everyone is so friendly and caring .

Another pleasant stay despite the pain from surgery. All staff were wonderful as before, caring and kind. The rooms are lovely and the food is great. Just a shame its a only a one night stay.

I was so nervous but every member of the staff were wonderful and kind, every care was taken to reasure me all they way into theatre and after. I had an overnight stay post operation and was made very comfortable. The food was delicious too. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

I can’t rate the service high enough. The staff are really good, doctor is excellent, and six weeks after the operation I feel a totally different person, starting to do the things I used to do a number of years ago.
