This is my 2nd trip to Rowley Hall, previously had a Hernia day surgery. This time ACDF spine surgery, service & care was brilliant from start to finish. Mr Bhalla & his team did a great job during the operation & post op. Abby & Judy & their teams over both shifts supplied amazing care & empathy. The ancillary staff were excellent & I was fed & watered well & the room was kept spotless. Couldn’t fault anything during my stay. Great place to be when you need help & care after an anxious time before & after the operation.

Amazing, compassionate care from everyone I met during my knee replacement operation at Rowley Hall. My overnight stay was like being in a 5* hotel with brilliant professional staff, had an amazing en-suite bedroom and truly scrumptious food!

Hi had my first appointment yesterday with Dr Malek and I was blown away, Dr Malek was really supportive he made me feel at ease, he was very friendly and understanding, he wasted no time with looking into my condition the service was fast and I came away feeling supported and happy thanks Vitality for the referral.

Not only is Rowley hall hospital in the most beautiful surroundings, it has a peacefulness and a real welcoming vibe about it , that just helps with any issues of stress or anxiety you might have . All members of staff are amazing, right from the moment you come through the reception area and you meet the wonderfully polite lady who greets you with a warm hello ! This place is immaculately clean so hats off to the cleaning staff there. Then you meet the medical receptionists and they are polite and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have, but for me it has to be the consultants & nurses themselves , I found that I was never rushed while in my appointments on both occasions with two different doctors, I felt listen too and everything was explained to me in a respectful manner with real concern and thoughtfulness of my health issues, so yes Rowley hall is by far an exceptional place and has exceptional staff too match !

This is just a hospital. It's in its own grounds so feels a little more upmarket. Staff were all lovely people and the consultants all appeared to be good.

I was so nervous but every member of the staff were wonderful and kind, every care was taken to reasure me all they way into theatre and after. I had an overnight stay post operation and was made very comfortable. The food was delicious too. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Surgery and overnight stay. All the staff were excellent, respectful and understanding. Everything was fully explained and I had total confidence in all the team. Must mention the kitchen staff as well, meals were delivered with a friendly smile and were great. I wouldn't hesitate to use the services of Rowley Hall Hospital again if required.

My experience of Rowley Hall was positive from the start. All the staff I encountered were so lovely and made sure you felt comfortable. I so appreciated the patient care they give. Dr Bhalla is the most amazing surgeon very much a spine magician ! I would highly recommend him and so appreciate his time and dedication in my spine surgery as I feel he has given me a huge part of my life back !
