  • This visit was for 17th July. The receptionist greeted me with a smile. The nursing staff were efficient, friendly and respectful. Explaining procedure and later care of wound and how to look after wound at home and medicines The orderly who took me into surgery was reassuring, friendly and respectful. The anaesthetist explained procedure before operation, remembered me from previous operation and when I got into theater was very reassuring and efficient.

  • Excellent. The staff were helpful and patient and I couldn't have asked for better. I had met Mr Malek, my surgeon a couple of times before the operation date and he completely put me at ease explaining everything clearly and honestly. The operations both went well (I had both knees done within seven months of each other) and I felt completely safe. I am so pleased that I chose to go to Rowley Hall and also to have Mr Malek for my surgeon was a bonus. He was brilliant.

  • From my first consultation I have been more than happy , all my appointments came through really quickly & had a very short time to wait . All the staff are lovely & the care is second to none .Dr Malek is an amazing surgeon , I would recommend him to anyone , he has done 2 TKR’s for me & they are both brilliant , would tell anyone to 100% put their trust in him .
