Many times I have been back and forth to city and qmc and I felt a bit betrayed and neglected however coming to woodthorpe hospital and speaking with Dr Anish Bali wow I felt like my life was over till I met him he reassured me and gave me guidance and advise he recommended me to go for a ultrasound I can surely say I've never felt listened to I haven't felt my care or my safety was in best interest I dam well was with Dr Bali I really am grateful to all his staff at woodthorpe hospital and Dr Bali himself you truly are a professional hospital very clean and I hope I in the future will come to you again.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Chan, from the initial consultation through to surgery and aftercare, the level of professionalism, expertise and reassurance Mr Chan provided was exceptional. Everything was done professionally until I had to get my prescription, Miss Gruener added extra drops to the prescription but I had to wait for the staff to find the pharmacist so the delayed my discharge.
