This year Fitzwilliam Hospital staff gave their support for Peterborough’s own Children In Need. The Trussell Trust do an amazing job for people who have been referred in crisis, as well as support to help people resolve the challenges they face. The Trust have seen an 18% increase in users for the food bank on the previous year and during the coronavirus pandemic food banks have seen need rise even further.
Staff donated non-perishable food items, toiletries and nappies, and on behalf of the Hospital Management Team, a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to such a worthy cause.
