Today I had a nerve root block, everyone who I came into contact with, the receptionist, HCAs, Theatre staff, Nurses and of course mu Consultant. Everyone was friendly, warm, welcoming and just pure me at ease. I honestly cannot fault the staff (Peterborough) they are all amazing. Thank you :)
