  • I arrived 30 minutes early. Very unexpected a patient was late and I was seen about 5 minutes after my arrival. From arriving, seeing my surgeon and having an xray I was out within 30 minutes. Very good service.

  • Really impressed by how the nurses supported me in helping to arrange a short notice appointment regarding my recovery. They went out of their way to arrange and I was able to see Mr Masood on the same day. The hospital was clean and reception staff were helpful. I didn't have to wait long, and then the appointment itself was great. Mr Masood listened, was kind, gave support and advice, and I left feeling reassured and physically feeling better about my recovery.
