Having been a previous patient, I was happy to return. However, it wasnt without issues when my surgery was cancelled twice - whilst literally waiting to go under anaesthetic & the 2nd time 30 mins before leaving to get to the hospital. Both times Mr Auplosh was very apologetic and caring but despite putting in a complaint the hospital still haven't dealt with it properly.

I have just had a knee replacement at Clifton Park hospital. I can't praise them enough. The consultant anaesthetist, doctors, nursing staff and all other staff were efficient, knowledgeable, expert, caring and kind. I felt very well looked after.

I was admitted as a day patient but required an unplanned overnight stay. I truly cannot thank the team enough for the care I received. Every single member of staff—from doctors and nurses to the wider team—was kind, compassionate, and attentive. I have nothing but praise for this hospital plus all staff that I came across. Especially Dr Harry Soar and his whole medical team. I had a Denervation Procedure performed by Dr Soar on the 13/02/26 and I was very impressed with all concerned. They showed nothing but care and concern throughout my visit.. Well done to the hospital for employing wonderful staff at this Hospital.!!!! Especially the first class Dr Harry Soar.!!!!!

I am awaiting knee surgery due to me having to cancel a recent date as I was ill. I went in for another pre operative check and a talk given by a physio called Alex. While I was there I noticed a sign rating the hospital as good. I was amazed, as it is so much more than good. It is well above good. Very good or superb is my experience. The staff are professional right down to the receptionist when you walk in. She's lovely. Alex the physio was so much more than good. He was excellent at talking to our little crowd and showing us in detail the exercises we would do and where we could find them in our booklets. Everyone was considerate and sensitive even when I rambled on as I do when I get nervous and frightened. They were so very friendly and kind, empathetic and understanding. Each person I met was very very professional. I am glad to be going there. It's a well run smart and clean place. I just can't say enough about how lovely everyone there is. They really are the best, not just good.

Had Hip replacement surgery following long wait however worth the wait. All staff surgeons, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and domestic staff were kind caring professional and spent time when needed with myself and other patients I saw. Hospital clean and tidy. Equipment all in good order. Food fresh tasty nice size portions, good choices. Exactly what you need following surgery. Highly recommend Clifton Park Hospital.

I came yesterday as an afternoon case, for Bilateral Greater Occipital Nerve Block injections for migraines with Dr Harry Soar, Consultant Anaesthetist. I am self- funding. The hospital is very clean and the waiting areas and cubicles are quiet, with no television or radio blaring out. The nursing staff put me at ease, as I was extremely on edge, having migraine on the day. Dr Soar is absolutely lovely - friendly, professional and explained everything. The pain of the injections was minimal. I was a bit dizzy afterwards, so a lovely nurse led me back to Reception area. My total time there was 2.5 hours (a bit longer than I'd expected, as I was suffering with migraine).

Hi I'd say that the hospital is absolutely great thay looked after my wife mrs susan leggott absolutely fine great crowd of staff ,made her feel comfortable and relaxed, when she blanked out thay on the ball ,quick and sorted out I myself thought thay we're perfect

I have absolutely no hesitation in commending Mr Auplish’s skill with regard to the surgery I had and also with regard to his personable nature and excellent professional manner. The visit to this outpatient unit was also generally very positive.
