The consultant doctors nurses are beyond friendly they all go above and beyond nothing is to much trouble they're very helpful you have sny worries they're they're put your mind at rest im more than impressed by the treatment I had for hip operation I wish all hospitals were even half as good as clifton park hospital id like to thank all staff in my treatment nurses included for been so good to me and going out your way be proud of what you all do you deserve the praise

Everyone is relaxed and professional, but I would have gone to another hospital if I had been given the option. My insurance restricted my options to Ramsay Health, and as my initial contact with the private patient team was with someone that I had difficulty understanding and I wonder if that person was able to fully understand me I wasn’t sure if I was going to the right facility. As a private patient, respectfully, I would want to speak with a native English speaker, first impressions and all that, I felt uncomfortable initially with the admin team. My contact, diagnosis and treatment with Sunil A and the larger clinical team was exemplary. I would return if I needed to.

Always clean and tidy. Always professional. The only downside is that I did not receive reminders about my appointments which I did when I used Clifton park. It’s just useful to have reminders!

Mandy on day surgery was very attentive and supportive through my stay. She made sure I was very comfortable and then after the procedure made sure I had enough to eat and drink. I believe she also attended to my partner in the waiting area and made sure he had a drink and a snack while waiting. I found this going above and beyond with my care and my partner. Andy who helped the anaesthetist (and the anaesthetist) were very professional, supportive and helped me take my mind off the procedure. He was very talkative and made me comfortable through waiting for my procedure and just before. The Anaesthetist (I forgotten his name) was very patient and compassionate and made me feel very comfortable and compassionate through the procedure. We even had a full conversation about Jurassic Park! The ladies on recovery ward were also very attentive and made sure I was comfortable through my stay there. The even retrieved my book from my belongings. We spoke about recommendations of books. I was reading Fourth wing and they asked me about it and if I enjoyed it. My surgery team was also very fantastic. They made sure I was comfortable and kept a eye on me through out the procedure. One of them even asked me about the book I was reading! I may have missed a few people here but the whole team was fantastic and a credit to the hospital. They were compassionate, supportive and empathetic with everyone on the day surgery! They even managed to keep all the J Smith in order as there were 4 or 5 that day! So a huge thank you for the care and support I recieved during my time at the hospital.
