Very friendly staff, felt in good care

I came yesterday as an afternoon case, for Bilateral Greater Occipital Nerve Block injections for migraines with Dr Harry Soar, Consultant Anaesthetist. I am self- funding. The hospital is very clean and the waiting areas and cubicles are quiet, with no television or radio blaring out. The nursing staff put me at ease, as I was extremely on edge, having migraine on the day. Dr Soar is absolutely lovely - friendly, professional and explained everything. The pain of the injections was minimal. I was a bit dizzy afterwards, so a lovely nurse led me back to Reception area. My total time there was 2.5 hours (a bit longer than I'd expected, as I was suffering with migraine).

Hi I'd say that the hospital is absolutely great thay looked after my wife mrs susan leggott absolutely fine great crowd of staff ,made her feel comfortable and relaxed, when she blanked out thay on the ball ,quick and sorted out I myself thought thay we're perfect

I have absolutely no hesitation in commending Mr Auplish’s skill with regard to the surgery I had and also with regard to his personable nature and excellent professional manner. The visit to this outpatient unit was also generally very positive.

I would very much recommend Clifton Park hospital for the high quality of service I received when I had my full knee replacement, not just for excellent medical treatment but also for the pleasant staff, the cleanliness, the communication of down to earth explanations I received and the quality and choice of hospital food.. I was there yesterday for some surgery on my foot, got to say that anything out of the ordinary sends me into panic mode but as soon as I arrived I was put perfectly at ease. Everybody I was in contact with were extremely professional and so friendly and yes the place was spotless so a big mention to the guys in the background. Once again thank you for making my short stay ( day patient ) as pleasant as you did

It was a pleasure to be treated with respect and dignity from the moment you enter the hospital to the time you leave. The staff are very helpful polite and friendly. Fantastic level of care received during an inpatient visit to this hospital from all staff. In particular the consultant performing my total hip replacement Mr K Mannan demonstrated exceptional levels of professionalism and care throughout. I cannot thank himself and the wider team enough for their efforts. Amazing job 🙌

I was offered a cancellation date on Monday 21st October for Monday 27th October for a knee anthroscopy. I went for my pre op on Tuesday 22nd October at the new outpatients dept. I recieved my admission details which were comprehensive. From entering the hospital and speaking to the receptionist, all staff are so friendly, helpful and caring. Your every need is catered for and explained in detail. You are assigned a nurse who takes your BP etc. The Consultant explains your procedure, the anethetist gives you options for your anesthesia and preferred pain relief. The theatre staff and recovery staff make you feel at ease. Coming back after the operation the nursing staff attend to your needs. On discharge Jo the ward sister gives you all you will need for your recovery at home. The hospital should be proud of their reputation, it is a great place to have an operation.

I had my second knee replacement under the care of Mr Cash in September. Everyone at the hospital were really kind and caring. Mr Cash explains everything in layman’s terms and is very approachable. A good experience all round.
