I have given a 3 for cleanliness as I had an 8am appointment on a Monday and the toilet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for the weekend, tissue over floor, bins full and a smell of used incontinence pads

I like to Thank Dr Tucker and Team , for your Compassion and the way everything was explained yesterday. Dr Tucker took the time to talk me through Everything before it happened and during surgery and the Nurses were just exceptionally caring and staying with me afterwards ❤ Very Grateful for your Approach as actually I was petrified but you made it all okay xx

Miss Lone and the whole gynaecology team are amazing!! Usually anxious and nervous, I had the best experience during my surgery and everything was first-class start to finish. Would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat. Thank you all ❤️🥹

Overall excellent regarding staff but I marked good twice because there was only one patient toilet and it felt embarrassing waiting outside the door in a busy corridor overlooked by the waiting room. Also, the floor had a lot of toilet paper scraps on it. Also, I found the waiting area to be a bit stressful as there were only uncomfortable banquette style seating. Personally, I prefer an individual chair and don't enjoy sitting right up close to other people.

Just been in for a knee arthroscopy. From my initial consultation with Mr Kincaid. Arranging the surgery with his secretary. Post and pre op all the staff and their care was spot on. Felt.in safe hands throughout and everyone had a smile on their face!!!!
