  • I had a very good experience when treated at Duchy Hospital for a partial knee replacement. The preparation prior to my admission was thorough and reassuring. The treatment and care I received was professional, kind and caring, along with the preparation for my discharge home. The outcome of the surgery so far seems positive. I must add that whilst I was in Duchy it was my birthday, and every member of staff from doctors, nurses, physio's, catering and cleaning etc were aware of this and wished me happy birthday. May seem insignificant but it brought a smile to my face, and I felt cared for.

  • During my recent visit to The Duchy Hospital, I was very impressed by the overall experience. The facility is easily accessible with ample free parking, and the building itself is bright, modern, and exceptionally clean. Additionally, every member of staff I interacted with was polite, welcoming, and helpful.

  • Very good, clean rooms, lovely staff, exprienced staff and deserve a 5 stars rating. I entered the hospital scared of what was to happen to me. The amazing team offered their excellence in compassion, care,commitment, dedication, assurances not forgetting Dr Griffith my surgeon and his theater team.
