Dr Smith is happy to see patients for the above but it will be to provide an onward referral only, if she deems it appropriate.
Contraceptive Prescribing for Family Planning – Duchy Hospital does not have CQC registration for family planning, therefore, she will not be able to prescribe contraceptives for that reason. She of course can prescribe for hormonal reasons, just not for family planning.
