  • This is the first time I have used Exeter Medical. From start to finish the staff were excellent. Debbie at reception was extremely welcoming and professional, the theatre staff were clearly very experienced and went out of their way to make my visit as comfortable as possible. I was seen by Dr Craig Barker who carried out a minor operation in an exemplary manner and was clearly a professional in his field of work. I have no hesitation in recommending Exeter Medical, well done all!

  • The service I received by the receptionist Debbie was exceptional. Hospital visits are often stressful but she showed a rare combination of efficiency, warmth and empathy. She was calm welcoming and focused on helping me. Their professionalism, attention to detail and comforting presence made a huge difference to my experience at the Exeter Medical Hospital. Debbie is a tremendous asset and an outstanding representative of your healthcare values.
