  • I had my operation done 24/11/2025, from meeting Mr Majeed Haroon and his staff, I was made to feel nothing was too much trouble, before the operation and after I was very well looked after, Tom was my nurse while I was in and he was fantastic, I'm an NHS patient and I felt I mattered to them.   • I had a shoulder operation at the Oaklands hospital in Salford in April this year. From my initial consultation with Mr Roy I felt at ease under his care. He explained everything thoroughly to me and I felt confident about his skills and the operation. I was really well looked after before during and after my op by Mr Roy and his team. My physio with Owen was fantastic, and he helped get my shoulder working great again and no pain anymore. My follow ups with Paul also great and again everything was explained thoroughly, and my movement checked every appointment. A big thankyou to Mr Roy and his team, and Owen and Paul for giving me a fully working shoulder with no pain. 11 out of 10 - Kim Hibbert.

  • I had septoplasty surgery with Mr. Agarwal at Oaklands Hospital and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mr. Agarwal was calm, clear, and reassuring throughout he explained everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. The procedure went smoothly, and my breathing has improved dramatically. Recovery was quicker than expected, and I felt well looked after at every stage. Highly recommend Mr. Agarwal for anyone considering ENT surgery.
