  • Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed with the service I have received. I have not yet had my procedure and already struggle with mobility, so arranging transport for appointments is particularly important for me. My appointment paperwork clearly stated that my upcoming appointment was at 12:30, so I arranged transport based on this time. However, today I received a voice message appoinment reminder stating that my appointment was actually at 13:30. I contacted the company to clarify the discrepancy, but unfortunately found the response very unhelpful. I was simply told that the appointment is what the voice message states despite the paperwork I had received clearly stating 12:30. When you have mobility difficulties and have to arrange transport in advance, changes or conflicting information like this can cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would expect a company dealing with patients to provide clear, accurate information and be more understanding when mistakes or discrepancies occur. Overall, very disappointing communication and customer service.
