  • Staff were very helpful on booking in for my appointment. Again great service. I sat in the waiting room for approx 20 seconds and then was called in for my appointment. This was earlier than scheduled appointment time. The nurse I saw was very welcoming and warm. He listened to me as I was telling him my symptoms and what I was experiencing. He was then very clear in explaining what was going to happen / what he was going to do during the procedure. I felt at complete ease throughout. Great service

  • I recently had surgery with Mr Iqbal at Oaklands. All of the staff were super friendly, from when I first walked into the reception for my initial appointment. I had an ultrasound scan in radiology where the HCA was brilliant along with the Consultant doing the scan. I had an OGD in the endoscopy unit, where all the staff were so professional, friendly and made me feel at ease as I was very anxious. I had my pre-op assessment where the Nurse and HCA were thorough and friendly. The day of my procedure, the ward staff were just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Theatre staff and recovery staff were super reassuring. Catering staff and housekeeping staff are so friendly too. I couldn't fault a single thing. The hospital is spotless. The staff are friendly and professional, and you are treated with respect. It's exactly how hospital care should be and I can't thank everyone enough.
