Reception staff are so lovely on the phone and in person very professional. Physio dept Reception was a joy bright smiles so lovely as the main Reception. All the nurses and staff made me feel I would love to work there.very well done everyone

I was early and I was dealt with by Mr Murphy practically straight away so I was coming home before my time was due he was so quick but I wasn’t hurried in any way

I had surgery at Oaklands Hospital and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every single member of staff was so kind and caring. The nurses were fantastic, and the healthcare workers who came when I pressed the buzzer were always quick to help and very reassuring. The doctor who checked on me was lovely, and the student nurses were great too. Even the lady who brought tea and broth was so kind and thoughtful. My surgeon also popped in before I went home to check on me and see how I was feeling, which I really appreciated. The anaesthetist spoke with me the next day while I was walking around and encouraged me, which meant a lot. Overall, everyone made me feel really well looked after. It’s such a friendly and caring place, and I feel very lucky to have had my surgery there.

It was very clean as I walked into reception a receptionist gave me my form & to go upto the waiting room on 1st floor then I filled out then seen the doctor who told me about the operation I was to have in the future he explained himself & what the procedure was but it might take a while to heal

Mr Abouzeid & Oaklands Hospital have quite literally changed my life!! This surgery has allowed me to return to a “normal life” after more than a year struggling & waiting on the NHS for appointments. The whole experience from start to finish was exemplary & I am extremely pleased with my result.
