Receptionists are so helpful and always a smiling face to greet you, the nurses were amazing at pre ops, staff on the wards so friendly made you feel welcome, always checking if your comfortable or in any pain, nothing was to much bother for them, same as the ladies who ask about meals and bring them to you, the meals are lovely and always make sure if you have had enough, amazing hospital

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommend. Staff wonderful and can’t do enough. Got me in for my surgery within a week. Honestly couldn’t ask for better care. Nurses, sisters, ODP, receptionist, manager, anaesthetist, surgeon, domestic, healthcare assistant, cook, kitchen lady, and anyone I have missed. Thank you so much. Your work doesn’t go unknown. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me and all you do. Words are not enough. I wouldn’t hesitate if I ever needed treatment again - 💯 % no doubt about it

The car little car park is always full and it is hard to get parked.. The staff at Park Hill say to just double park as most people that park are from Park Hill.. however my last experience of doing that got my van keyed all the way down my passenger side.. £1500 to repair.. not happy. No cctv..

I believe it is out of the hospital's control but the issues with the car park moving and not being gated means I now park circa 20 mins away and walk to the hospital instead as I can rarely get a space which is frustrating. On my most recent visit the reception desk was not manned and I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out whilst I could hear people talking and laughing in the receptionist's office. Whilst I was waiting for my appointment I saw other people experience the same thing.
