I was nervous going into the appointment but the receptionist was very friendly and put me at ease. She was happy to answer questions as well. The waiting room was very clean and peaceful, and I was happy waiting there for my appointment. It was a very good experience all round.

My visit was brief, I had a short wait of 10 minutes and the consultation including the examination and referral for surgery only lasted approximately 20 minutes. I was greeted and dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner throughout.
