My wife Christine went to see Dr Chan yesterday as she loves the sun and wanted a full skin check. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and Dr Chan was amazing. She meticulously checked over every inch of her body and, thankfully, she was all clear of anything nasty. She then went on to explain that she could tie some annoying skin tags and also freeze a few smaller ones. At every step Dr Chan explained the process and gave full instructions about what to expect when we left. The whole process took around 30 minutes and my wife came out raving about Pinehill and the service she had received. The #225 price tag for a full body check is a small price to pay for reassurance and peace of mind. We highly recommend!

I had a problem post menopause and was concerned. My GP referred me to see Mr Salvesen using my private medical insurance. Following some investigation `Mr Salvesen was 95% sure there was nothing to worry about but he said "I'm not happy with 95%, I was 100%!". I then went for a scan that confirmed all was fine. I was treated efficiently and courteously at every stage and highly recommend Mr Salvesen and his team at Pinehill. I like the 'I'll keep going to make sure there's nothing wrong' approach.

I am so thankful to Dr Achal Khanna and the staff at Pinehill Hospital. Dr Khanna is a wonderfully kind and caring professional and I felt completely safe in his hands. The care I received from the staff on the ward was amazing; they were all brilliant. I highly recommend this hospital. Thank you all, I am already feeling positive about a better life after my recovery.

I was in the most excruciating pain for over 10 months . Totally at a loss . But was referred to Pinehill by my local physio ( not drs ! ) What an amazing hospital from my first visit in Jan to operation in May to ongoing physio now. Mr Kabir was exceptional . He listened to me , knew what needed to be done and I knew I was going to be ok and now in the right place. I had severe back pain that made me unable to walk straight and made my life unbearable. My operation was medial Facetectomy, Laminiotomy and Flavectomy. Disc prolapse L4L5. From April who told me about appt, to Bryony? Booking clerk to Bev , Kirsten, Anna, Holly Brooke , Helen ,Ron, Juneteenth, Keira , Jackie, Jenny, Dr Alexander Czech, Danny Green , Thomas Samuel and all at Pinehill were amazing . Kind caring considerate and helpful . The hospital itself was clean , happy environment, modern .Mr Kabir I can’t thank enough . Such a nice man . He told me when I thanked him - it’s my job - I said yes but my goodness you do it so well, He has given me my life back and everyone has said how different I look now. Painfree now. Thank you to you all you are an exceptional group of people .

Had right hip replacement under Mr Katevu on 21st May. NHS funded. My whole experience at this hospital from diagnosis to having surgery was faultless. I had a farly quick date through for 3 March but due to a tooth infection my op was cancelled and I was put on cancellation list which came through for 21st May. The communication from the hospital is first class and one the occasions I called and left a message there would always be a fairly quick call back and followed by text or email with the info I needed. Becaise of this I felt confident I was in the right hospital for my surgery. Day of admission I went to an anti room with my partner and saw the various medics who would be involved in my surgery and was put at ease by all of them and didnt feel I was about to have major surgery. I was having spinal bloc with sedation. The anaestetist and his two nurses chatted to me while he put in the cannulas and spinal bloc which again was fairly painless and I joked with him not to forget the sedation as I was still awake going into theatre but hey ho next thing I knew was in recovery and dying for a cup of tea. So next phase back in my room I shared with another 'hippie' and the night staff were amazing and were on call whenever you needed them or to.top up the meds. I was given a sandwich and a very welcome pot of tea and more tea later on all presented lovely. Next morning change of staff again all lovely nurses couldnt be more helpful and the physio came and I couldnt believe I was able to swing my leg off the bed and she helped me put my trainers on and I was able to weight bear and walk down the ward and climb the stairs 17 hours after surgery which physio was very impressed with. Had lunch and was dischsrged with pain meds around 3 pm and 9 days now post surgery I continue to get stronger and beem walking outside and going to supermarket today. A great experience so dont put off your hip surgery if you are worried

Reception very smart and welcoming. Came for a small procedure requiring an anesthetic. Whole experience very professional from initial consultation, pre-op and operation/recovery. I had some concerns about the anesthetic from previous experiences but they applied special care to ensure my concerns were addressed. Procedure went well and on way to recovery

I had 10 sessions with Chris following shoulder surgery. He was a great physio, and listened to all my concerns post op. I was scared to push myself too much, but his reassurance and his attitude really encouraged me out of my comfort zone. I’ve made great progress in 5 months. Still a way to go to full recovery, but with all the exercises I have been given, I know I will make it happen! Thanks Chris and Team at Pinehill!

Impeccable care during my flexible sigmoidoscopy procedure with Mr Tewari and his team. I am neurodivergent and have many disabilities that require me to be in hospital frequently. I wish I could go to Pinehill every single time. I can’t express how kind and enthusiastic the care is by every single staff member. From reception to the surgical care team, everyone is informed on what care is suitable for each patient. I actually enjoyed my experience and found it interesting to learn more about my own body. Such a contrast from the medical trauma I have repeatedly experienced under the NHS. It doesn’t matter if you are experiencing NHS or private care, the standard is exceptional! I cannot commend the team enough! You are in the best hands at Pinehill and I recommend them highly.

I had surgery at Pinehill Hospital on 23rd April and had a really positive experience. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctors explained everything clearly, and the nurses took great care of me. The hospital was clean and calm, which really helped with my recovery. I’m very grateful to the whole team and would definitely recommend this hospital.
