The staff at Pinehill are very friendly and welcoming, even at 8:30am, everyone had warm smiles. The waiting time for me was minimal, less than 5 minutes. Parking spaces are a bit scarce, so I'd advise people to arrive somewhat earlier. The setting is pleasant, surrounded by trees, fresh air and birds chirping. I need to book some physiotherapy, I'll definitely return here for it at the service is great.

Very happy with the whole process at Pinehull hospital! It was a pleasure to be looked after here as a NHS patient! The care, the staff, everything was just amazing!! I hate blood tests and I’m sure so many do but the staff here ensure the process was good, I was okay and made sure I didn’t leave until i felt comfortable! Being a 24 year old having her first surgery, I was very nervous! But I knew I was in good hands here at Pinehill! My surgeon was Geraint Lloyd and he was amazing and I can’t thank him enough. After meeting him for the consultation back in Oct/Nov, I knew I was going to be in safe hands with him. He ensured the surgery was safe and that everything was going to be fine! I can’t thank him enough if anyone could pass this on for me please!! Other care staff and nurses who looked after me as I stayed the night, thank you for all your support! It meant a lot!! Sophia

My daughter had an appointment with Mr Sattin one of the gynaecologists yesterday after years of being dismissed by the GP. After one appointment with Mr Sattin he answered all of her queries and has written to her GP for her to be referred for a laproscopy on the NHS. He was very kind, took lots of notes and seemed genuinely interesting in helping. Thank you Mr Sattin.

Just had second knee replacment at Pinehill and I can't thank the team there enough. Top care and attention from day 1. Thank you all so much for getting me back on the golf course and back to a full and active life Amazing people :)

I have had an inital assessment appointment, which included x-rays. I felt respected and treated well by polite and friendly staff. My questions were answered thoughtfully and nothing seemed too much trouble. The hospital is bright, clean and tidy. My whole experience has been positive and much appreciated.
