  • The hospital was very good, and close to where I live. So very convenient. It is well equipped and meant to I could get my X-rays and MRI scans done onsite.

  • Our experience at Pinehill Hospital was outstanding from start to finish. From initial consultations through MRIs, blood tests, surgery, and follow-up appointments, every interaction was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The staff consistently made time for us, treated us as people rather than processes, and created an environment that felt calm, human, and reassuring during what could otherwise have been an overwhelming period. The hospital itself is efficient, clean, and welcoming, with systems that clearly work. Appointments ran smoothly, communication was clear, and everything felt well coordinated — which makes an enormous difference when you’re dealing with something as serious as a cancer diagnosis. What stood out most was the culture. The staff clearly hold Professor Nikhil Vasdev in very high regard and take real pride in delivering care to the standard he sets. That respect translated directly into the quality of care we received — attentive, diligent, and patient-focused at every step. Pinehill Hospital provided not just excellent clinical care, but a level of kindness and professionalism that gave us confidence throughout the journey. We are extremely grateful to the entire team and would not hesitate to recommend the hospital to anyone needing specialist care.

  • I was fortunate enough to have my mri scan at pine hill hospital. Jackie the receptionist welcomed me with a lovely smile, & made me very welcome and helpful. Asked if I had any concerns ect. Also the other staff I met was just as polite & professional. Absolutely first class service.

  • Felt it was inconvenient asking for some food for lunch ( just a simple sandwich)as late on morning surgical list and still in at 2 ish so was hungry.. just tea n biscuit not appropriate in this case. Theatre staff were very professional and kind,

  • The consultant was on time for my appointment but he then suggested I go to make an appointment for an MRI scan in another building. On arriving at the reception there was nobody there and a notice saying they would be back shortly. 20 minutes later they arrived back at reception and no apology was forthcoming for the long wait. The appointment was made and then they suggested I go to radiology for an Xray. At radiology I was told the wait time was 5 minutes but 15 minutes later nobody had spoken to me so I had to leave and will go back at a later date.
