My recent procedure and overnight stay at Pinehill Hospital as an NHS patient were excellently managed and matched the very positive feelings I had from when I stayed as a private patient there in years gone by. All the staff I encountered were helpful and professional and I had great confidence in the surgeon, anaesthetist and nursing staff responsible for my care. I would recommend Pinehill unreservedly.

Every appointment has been great during my time at Pinehill. All the staff are extreamly knowledable and caring. The day of my procedure was excellent, everyone did their upmost to make me feel comfortable and that i was in good care. The day went extreamly smoothly and the follow up call the next day was greatly appreacited too. My follow up appointments were in my emails before i had even finished my post procedure meal.

My wife Christine went to see Dr Chan yesterday as she loves the sun and wanted a full skin check. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and Dr Chan was amazing. She meticulously checked over every inch of her body and, thankfully, she was all clear of anything nasty. She then went on to explain that she could tie some annoying skin tags and also freeze a few smaller ones. At every step Dr Chan explained the process and gave full instructions about what to expect when we left. The whole process took around 30 minutes and my wife came out raving about Pinehill and the service she had received. The #225 price tag for a full body check is a small price to pay for reassurance and peace of mind. We highly recommend!

I had a problem post menopause and was concerned. My GP referred me to see Mr Salvesen using my private medical insurance. Following some investigation `Mr Salvesen was 95% sure there was nothing to worry about but he said "I'm not happy with 95%, I was 100%!". I then went for a scan that confirmed all was fine. I was treated efficiently and courteously at every stage and highly recommend Mr Salvesen and his team at Pinehill. I like the 'I'll keep going to make sure there's nothing wrong' approach.
