I am currently awaiting a date for my next visit, the appointment yesterday was a telephone consultation. However, I have on previous visits found the staff at Renacres to be friendly, efficient, professional and keen to provide an excellent service in any way they can. I would not hesitate to recommend Renacres Hospital to any family or friends.

Communication from the hospital is poor and the telephone system needs to be sorted out. I cannot complain about the nursing staff, consultant Mr Harrison (very knowledgeable and friendly) and medical staff as they were all fantastic! I came back for a check up the other day, told to sit in the waiting area to be called… which was fine. Then another outpatient came in and sat next to me, then she was then called back from the reception staff to go and sit in the lounge and to help herself to coffee!! Thank you to the receptionist for making me feel like a 2nd class citizen (even though my treatment has been paid by NHS in which I gave over 25 years of my life as an NHS ITU sister!!)
