I needed fast access to a GP and Dr Maria Markides saw me the same day. From initial contact to the end of my appointment all the staff were helpful, informative and thorough, and all in a professional but friendly manner. The GP service at Renacres is a wonderful facility and I highly recommend it. I'd definitly use it again.

Outstanding experience this morning with the entire team from the reception, theatre and recovery. A very minor procedure in the scheme of health thankfully but was treated with much care and thoughtfulness by everyone I encountered. The procedure was swift, made as easy as possible and I felt at ease and nothing was too much trouble. A very well equipped hospital, spotless and welcoming. Great biscuits too !

Many thanks for the friendly and efficient experience I had yesterday when I had bunion surgery. Massive Thank yous Kyra and Sarah And Mr Harrison and the theatre team, especially Mr Bickerstaff and the other friendly guy with the beard and the great sense of humour! I needed that to relax before I had the anaesthetic. I'm at home resting and trying to be patient whilst foot heals! Keep up the good work; you should all be very proud of what you do. It's slong days and pressure and you still manage a friendly face and that's 👏 appreciated. Best regards Linda
