  • I was very happy with my experience at Reneacres Hospital for the second time, to which it was a while before each procedure visit and it was a different thing altogether. I am really impressed with my whole experience of going there. I just wanted to say I am really happy and very impressed with care and the support I received whilst having a Gastroscopy procedure at the hospital. It was tones better than the last time I had this procedure done many many years ago at another hospital.And the throat spray was good, even tho it was horrible taste 😊

  • I can't tell you how I had the best experience when I went for my procedure. Absolutely lovely staff and brilliant nurses....who put me at ease as I was extremely nervous.although my procedure was short,it was something I had never experienced the theatre nurses and my surgeon were fab. I would recommend Renacres hospital everytime thanks to all involved

  • Cancelled appointment less than 24 hours in advance, when asked they stated that it was for a software upgrade. Surely they would have had ample time to do this before cancelling appointments. Been waiting for this appointment for a very long time and now I am uncertain as to when I will get seen. Update - i have moved my review to due to the caring and professional nature of the nurses that looked after me after my operation. Thank you.

  • Excellent service and follow up. Referred for gall bladder removal under Mr Alam. Had surgery 3mth later under nhs (excellent wait time). Staff very professional, welcoming and friendly. Nothing too much for them 9 days post surgery I had a small wound problem and was seen on the ward immediately and dealt with promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hospital again
