  • from the time I arrived for my operation on 1st November till I went home on 3rd November, I was treated with respect and care. All the staff had patience whilst treating me before my knee replacement and after my op. nothing was so much trouble for any member of staff I encountered during my stay. I had a follow up phone call from the ward the next morning to check how I was, which I really appreciated. Thank you xx

  • I had an operation on my hand last weekend and, although the situation was naturally scary, the treatment I received whilst at Renacres was second to none. The level of care was first class and I'd like to give special thanks to the two Lucys who looked after me all day. Their high level of professionalism was teamed with an equally high level of genuine care. They provided reassurance throughout the experience. The surgical team were also amazing and I'd like to thank them all. I would definitely recommend Renacres to future patients.
