Having seen Dr Jagathesan many times over the years for an ongoing issue, when a new symptom recently arose I was very keen to see him again. His consistently friendly manner and thorough approach to investigation give me great confidence in his care. He has a genuine understanding of me as a person, and this clearly informs the approach he takes to my treatment. I often attend appointments with questions, and he answers each one patiently and thoroughly, never making me feel rushed. Where possible, I will always endeavour to see Dr Jagathesan for any future cardiac concerns, as I feel very reassured being under his care.
