The admin ladies were not very nice. I was in a queue to someone that was on the phone and after the call finished, I was told in a very cold way ‘I’m not logged in, go to another queue’.

My GP referred me to Rivers Hospital initially I was given an appointment for January after having a discussion with Sarb I was offered a December appointment.. I did ask if possible for any reason if an earlier appointment becomes available to consider me .. Sarb contacted me 2 days later and I have an appointment for early November... I am so grateful..The quality of care , communication and professionalism is simply outstanding.... I cannot recommend the Rivers enough ...And a huge thank you to Sarb .... Candice Badham
