  • Modern and clean hospital. Easy to find. Arrived 40 min before my appointment time, while I was waiting, noticed that there are more receptionists as patients. Offered tea and coffee, which was nice. All workers, especially doctor, were professional and polite.

  • I was lucky enough to have my NHS funded partial knee replacement done at the Rivers. Everything from pre op care to the operation itself done by Mr George was first class - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Post op appointments all put in place before discharge with very clear instructions provided.

  • Went to the Rivers Hospital for a pre-op assessment. I didn't wait long and had 2 wonderful nurses who put me at ease. One went through what was going to happen before the operation and things I needed to do to prepare and then the other lovely nurse did a few tests. They were both so friendly and efficient and really did their job to such a high standard. I even had an Xray and again the staff were so kind and did a great job. The hospital is very clean and everyone is very helpful and friendly.
