I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ramsay Health care Rivers Hospital, especially to Mr George for the excellent hip replacement operation performed on my father. From the very beginning, we experienced a warm, caring and highly professional attitude from all members of staff. My father was looked after with great attention and compassion, and this made him feel comfortable and almost at home throughout his stay. The operation went very well and everything was organised to the highest standard. We would like to especially highlight Mr George’s professionalism — he is truly a wonderful doctor. The surgical wound is neat and healing perfectly. We were left with absolutely no negative impressions — only positive emotions and deep appreciation. My father is very grateful to the entire clinic team for their hard work, kindness and outstanding medical care. Thank you very much for everything.

Had a pediatric ENT appointment, and from the moment we walked in we were treated well. Very kind staff at the front checked us in, and the nurse who took us to our appointment was also very nice. The Dr took the time to really listen and discuss our concerns and possible courses of action.

Excellent service. From the moment of arrival, pre-surgery, surgical procedure and discharge after recovery was perfect. Added to that a light snack/drink to be enjoyed in private, clean room after coming round from aesthesia.

My consultant, mr ertimi was first class and a true gent. I cannot praise him enough. All others, and I mean everybody were of the highest standard with kindness beyond the norm. I leaked blood all over my bathroom floor, this was cleaned in minutes by a delightful cleaning lady. If you have to use a hospital this is the one. I attended the imaging department last Friday. I arrived earlier for my scans, was seen too Very quickly. Really lovely staff, kind caring and understanding of the nerves I had at the time, and explained everything to me. Friendly bunch, all went smoothly. Even had tea and biscuits. They all are great at what they do. ThankYou for being so kind and caring.
