I cannot fault Rivers. I had an injection in my right knee yesterday and the nurse and the dr who did the procedure were so kind and helpful . I am 89 and was nervous but they were so empathetic. I hope my shoulder replacement which I am having in January 2026 @ Pine hospital Hitchin under Mr Yeo is as pleasant an experience. God bless your lovely staff.

I highly recommend Mr. Mahaluxmivala and the teams at The Rivers Hospital. He performed my second total knee replacement (TKR) in September 2025, eight years after a successful first TKR. Both surgeries allowed me to continue a demanding police career until retirement and other challenging roles afterward. A highly respected professional, Mr. Mahaluxmivala listens carefully and explains options clearly. At 66 and 10 weeks post-surgery, I am pain-free and enjoying cycling, walking, and sailing. The physio joint classes at The Rivers are excellent and build confidence. I am deeply indebted to the team for this new opportunity.

Mr Mahaluxmivala gave me a new knee at Rivers Hospital, seven weeks ago. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I am 88 years old and was walking around my home unaided in just under two weeks. His expertise and skill are truly remarkable, as I am able to enjoy my life without any intense pain or discomfort. I recently attended Rivers Hospital in Sawbridgeworth as a day patient, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and care shown throughout my visit.
