I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ramsay Health care Rivers Hospital, especially to Mr George for the excellent hip replacement operation performed on my father. From the very beginning, we experienced a warm, caring and highly professional attitude from all members of staff. My father was looked after with great attention and compassion, and this made him feel comfortable and almost at home throughout his stay. The operation went very well and everything was organised to the highest standard. We would like to especially highlight Mr George’s professionalism — he is truly a wonderful doctor. The surgical wound is neat and healing perfectly. We were left with absolutely no negative impressions — only positive emotions and deep appreciation. My father is very grateful to the entire clinic team for their hard work, kindness and outstanding medical care. Thank you very much for everything.

Had a pediatric ENT appointment, and from the moment we walked in we were treated well. Very kind staff at the front checked us in, and the nurse who took us to our appointment was also very nice. The Dr took the time to really listen and discuss our concerns and possible courses of action.

My appointment was for 8.15am but arrived at 7.55am, the receptionist was very nice when I booked in early, she called through to say I had arrived and told me to take a seat, I only sat down for about 2 minutes when the nurse called me through. I was taken cubicle had my obs done by a very nice nurse and was then taken to see Dr Watson who explained the procedure to me. I went back to the cubicle to change into a gown and taken in for my procedure which took about 30 minutes and Dr Watson was explaining everything that was happening during my procedure. I was taken back to my cubicle and was given tea and toast which was very nice as I hadn't eaten for 18 hours. I was discharged 1 hour 45 minutes from star to finish. I would thoroughly recommend the Rivers Hospital especially Dr Watson who did my procedure and put myself at ease.

Excellent service. From the moment of arrival, pre-surgery, surgical procedure and discharge after recovery was perfect. Added to that a light snack/drink to be enjoyed in private, clean room after coming round from aesthesia.
