I recently attended Rivers Hospital in Sawbridgeworth as a day patient, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and care shown throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, the reception and admissions teams were friendly, organised, and reassuring, which immediately helped to reduce any nerves. The nursing staff were exceptional, attentive, approachable, and consistently ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every stage of the process. The facilities were spotless, calm, and clearly well-managed, creating an environment that felt both safe and welcoming. Everything ran to time, communication was clear, and there was a real sense of coordination between the teams involved in my care. After the procedure, the recovery team were outstanding. Their kind and patient approach made the post-operative stage far easier than expected, and nothing ever felt rushed. I was given clear instructions and support for aftercare and left feeling confident and fully informed about the next steps in recovery. Overall, my experience at Rivers Hospital was extremely positive. The staff, facilities, and standard of care were all exceptional, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Rivers Hospital to anyone in need of treatment. It made what could have been a stressful day feel calm, well-managed, and reassuring from start to finish.
