I was booked in for an MRI and unfortunately my necklace tangled when I tried to remove it. The lovely receptionist told me not to panic and that one of the nurses would help me. I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to both Terina and Munya in the imaging department who went above and beyond to help me to remove my necklace. Terina especially made it her mission to ensure that we could remove my necklace and have my scan. Without both their help I would have a broken necklace so I wanted to thank them so much for their kind help even though I’m pretty sure it made them leave work late that day.

I have attended the Rivers Hospital on many occasions over the past 10 years, and each time I have found the overall experience to be excellent. From the booking of appointments, all the way through to procedures, the staff at the Rivers have been excellent, and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Staff at Rivers hospital are very friendly and professional. Especially under the care of the Breast cancer nurse Joanne Hill, she is very professional and kind to explain everything to me very clearly. Other medical staff I have met under radiology are all very kind, friendly and efficient.

I had hip replacement surgery last July 2025. My amazing surgeon Mr Unnikrishnan Ramkumar did a first class operation. I can't thank him enough, I am now swimming, dancing and enjoying life. The time I spent at the Rivers Hospital was tremendous, the staff treated me so well, thank you all so much 🙏 xx
