Mr F Dinah FRCS(Tr&Ortho) qualified from the Royal London and St Bartholomew's Hospitals in 1996. He completed his postgraduate orthopaedic training in the South West Thames region of London. During this time, he published several articles in the orthopaedic literature, successfully completed the Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine (UK) in 2006, and also undertook a 12-month research fellowship in orthopaedic biomechanics and bioengineering at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore MD, USA. Mr Dinah's interests includes all types of arthroscopic knee surgery (ligament, cartilage, meniscus), as well as partial or complete joint replacement surgery for knee arthritis. He also undertakes routine primary hip replacements using traditional and modern implants and bearing surfaces. Areas of interest Hip replacement (cemented and uncemented); Knee Replacement (partial, total and revision); Cruciate and collateral ligament reconstruction; Arthroscopic meniscus excision and meniscus repair or replacement; Surgery for Patellar instability; General Trauma/Fracture surgery; Osteoporosis Initial consultation fee will not exceed £200 and follow-up consultation fee will not exceed £150 NB: Mr Dinah does not treat patients with hip problems under 55 years old.
