I can't fault this hospital at all. It is a treak for me, but it was the soonest option from referral to treatment. The whole process has been thorough and top level care from the start. My consultant and his team have been amazing. I started off thinking I had a small nerve issue in my foot that was being dismissed but my consultant was determined to get to the root cause and after more thorough investigation found it and advised treatment options pros and cons. I am recovering well and have total faith in the end result that they will have achieved. I can't thank them enough.

I recently stayed at Rowley Hall Hospital for an operation, and I honestly cannot praise the whole team enough. From the moment I arrived, the care, kindness and professionalism I received were exceptional. The nurses and care staff were absolutely amazing. They were so kind, compassionate, attentive and reassuring throughout what was a very difficult and painful experience for me. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, cared for and supported. They were also wonderful with my family and friends, which meant so much to me. Every aspect of my stay was fantastic, and I genuinely couldn't fault anything. Even the catering and food service staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, and the food was great. I cannot thank the entire team at Rowley Hall Hospital enough for everything they did for me. Every member of staff I came across made me feel cared for and valued. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you to everyone at Rowley Hall Hospital for making a very difficult time so much easier. You are all amazing and I will never forget the care you gave me. ❤️

My Sigmoidoscopy experience was truly positive. I appreciated the digital communication and phone call reminders that kept me informed before the procedure. The reception area was spotless and inviting, where I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcomed. The nursing team, especially Nurse Dawn and Joan, was outstanding, providing excellent care and attentiveness. Throughout the process, I was treated with privacy and respect. I arrived feeling very sleepy and exhausted, even falling asleep in the waiting area after a restless night of frequent trips to the bathroom. The facility was impeccably clean and comfortable. Dr. Farid Houssain and his team performed the procedure with great expertise, ensuring I was comfortable and fully informed both beforehand and afterward. They carefully assessed my individual needs and circumstances. After the procedure, I spent some relaxing moments in the recovery bay, enjoying a cup of tea and biscuits that helped me feel much better. I only wish they had a soothing fruit tea, like peppermint, to settle my stomach. The department ran like a well-oiled machine—organized and efficient. I was able to go home shortly afterward, which allowed me to continue my recovery comfortably. Since I live nearby, I was lucky enough to walk back home. Had an excellent experience at The Woodthorpe when I went for day surgery a couple of weeks ago. Staff were very welcoming and professional and put me at ease. My en-suite room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. I would recommend highly.

Had my left knee replaced July 2025 and I’ve returned to have my right knee replaced a year later. The care and attention from all staff is excellent and nothing is a problem whatever time of day it is. Communication is excellent and I was kept informed of appointments on a regular basis via text msg. Could not recommend Renacres Hospital enough!!!
