Every single member of staff was welcoming, friendly and supportive, and took time to answer questions; a real team effort, which reflects very well. This has also been my experience on all previous visits. Please pass this feedback if possible, the superb service from everyone at the hospital makes a tremendous difference as a patient

What a hospital and what lovely staff. I went in today, for hydrocele repair on the NHS. Turns out when Mr Matthews got to the site of the problem, it was not a hydrocele (misdiagnosis) I am now referred back to my GP who did not make the diagnosis for another Ultrasound. My experience today, which turned out to an exploratory operation, was second to none. Everyone who dealt with me had excellent communication skills, was kind and caring. Excellent. Thank-you.
