I would choose Springfield Hospital again. The staff from the reception desks to the ward staff I felt very much looked after. Everyone was very polite and pleasant. I couldn't ask for more.

Every single staff member I was in contact with was amazing and nothing was ever too much. You get treated so well and everybody was so kind to me. They also sent me home with Molton Brown goodies! I would have surgery here again if I needed to. This is the third private hospital I’ve been to and is by far the best.

The woodlands is conveniently located with plenty of parking and easy access. Booking in is very easy and the waiting room is large clean and welcoming. Wait times are minimal. Staff are well presented, easy to understand and efficient in all aspects of their duties. I have had several occasions to use the Woodlands and have no hesitation in doing so.

Wisdom tooth extraction with Dr B Palmer. After coming in very anxious I must say the dental team made me feel at ease! Dr Palmer went an extra step with customer service to ensure I was at ease. When the admin team told me it will be a theatre operating room was taken back , but seeing it it’s nothing like that , In fact that was not even a threat room just same as the dental room at ur dentist! The room was small with friendly stuff ! Msg To the admin team ( when I used to call asking the procedure of the tooth extraction & if l bring my mum or partner ) they would lack compassion n understanding that I was nervous , they described everything way off to what it was ! They just made everything worse than what it was .Bought my partner on the day n everything was fine . 0 star to the admin team , 5 star to dr b palmer n his team . Tooth extraction was done easy.

I originally saw Fadis Ofhaily who then referred me to Tint Tint Wai. Both of which are fantastic. I felt heard, understood for the first time in a long time. Both consultants explained everything to me clearly and recommended what was best for me treatment wise. Started treatment lastnight and I feel so happy today. Thank you both!
