  • A few days ago I had a local anaesthetic procedure under the care of Mr Menon . He had performed a hip replacement 10 years ago at Woodland . Every aspect of my latest procedure was first class; the hospital and all departments ranking 10/10. Thank you Mr Menon and all staff .

  • I have recently had a Bunion and Toe correction in December. From my first visit to my last treatment was excellent. Everyone were kind and caring.   • This is just a hospital. It's in its own grounds so feels a little more upmarket. Staff were all lovely people and the consultants all appeared to be good.

  • I had ankle fusion here on Thursday 22nd, and like to say thank you to, Mr Hutt, Dr Lightfoot, all the Theatre staff, especially who’s phone had the best playlist on it, Will and the other great chap in aftercare, you do need to see the Severn bore, all the nurses, Sarah the physio, the pharmacy and all the lovely ladies that brought the food and drinks round, and everyone else. I couldn’t have been in better hands. Can highly recommend the Winfield.

  • Just found StrongBody AI — pretty handy for wellness providers. It supports international payments + translations, so working with overseas clients is easier. They gave me a code for 3 months of free Shop access (normally paid). Just Google StrongBody AI and use ZAKFREE when signing up.

  • This was my third operation on the NHS at the Woodthorpe. All the staff are very good, helpful and very considerate. Will (Physio) wavery helpful. I would recommend the Woodthorp anyone who is given the choice of where to go.

  • I contacted the hospital switchboard to enquire about a specialist ENT consultation with Dr Patel. I was quoted £150 initially but then charged £250 after the consultation. Dr Patel was great. Empathic, supportive and helped me with the problem that I had, which I found very reassuring. I did inform the receptionist about the overcharge, but I was still charged the same fee. After being notified, Simone from Pinehill Hospital contacted me to let me know that they had made a mistake and the hospital issued a refund of £100 immediately. Mistakes like this happen, but the fact that they contacted me promptly, acknowledged the error, and issued a refund tells me that this is a well-led, trustworthy hospital. Thank you again, I will definitely come back if ever needed.

  • Wow what an amazing experience. I just had surgery with Prof Drew and I couldn’t have been looked after better from the start. Steve Ellis really put me at ease when I was admitted, great humorous guy. All the nurses were fantastic and couldn’t have done more for me. I want to give a special mention to Lisa who cared for me all night. She was so attentive when I was sick and made me the best cup of tea in the morning. My anaesthetist and his assistant were so reassuring as I had never been put to sleep before. I had a private room and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn’t rushed to leave the following day. I truly felt like I was in the best place with the best surgeon and team. Thank you Duchy. ❤️
