What a wonderful hospital facility the new Glendon Wood is. A great example of the Ramsey Health Care group. I was extremely anxious about my appointment for an Endoscopy but I need not have been. From reception to nursing staff all were kind and reassuring and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Kadri talked me through the whole experience prior to the procedure and calmed my anxiety. In fact I can only remember being prepped and un-prepped. Not the actual procedure! Well done to all of you.

Had absolutely amazing visit, ladies at MRI very kind and carefull with respect to you, made me feel comfortable and ease. The main point i want to mention is receptionist Pauline, she was absolutely brilliant, when i came to book my self for follow up, she noticed that i was in wait for next appoitment for my surgery, she took time to call another clinic and to check what's going on and what will happen with it, that made me suprised and really taken care of. Wonderfull experience, people there are very proffesional and kind Really recomend them

Great experience from start to finish. Lovely clean hospital, welcoming and kind, caring staff at ALL levels. I did not know what to expect but I was reassured and given all of the information regarding my procedure and what to expect and what care I would receive. This reassured and calmed me and I felt relaxed throughout my procedure which went really well. Explanations were provided throughout the procedure and a verbal and written report was provided afterwards. My recovery was excellent with a nice cuppa and some cheese and biscuits. I was given time that suited me to leave and was treated with respect and dignity. Thank you so much.

Yesterday I had cataract removal 6/11/ 25 by Dr Settas and everything was done with the upmost care. I cannot praise every one enough from the receptionist, nurse,s Dr Settas and all his medical team involved in this.

I attended Glendon wood hospital yesterday for my 2nd cataract procedure with Mr Settas. He is a very approachable man who is passionate about his work and his team are ultra professional too and everything is done to the highest of standards from checking in at reception to the nursing staff who look after you throughout your stay.
