I had my gallbladder removed at this hospital through the NHS, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As soon as I walked through the doors on the day of my surgery, I was taken straight to my own private room. I was seen promptly by the nurse and anaesthetist, and shortly afterwards I was taken in for my procedure. There was no waiting around for hours, which made such a difference and helped me feel much more relaxed. All the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, caring and helpful throughout my stay. The room was lovely, and the hospital overall looked very clean, modern and well maintained. I’m genuinely very grateful for the care I received. Having surgery can be a worrying experience, but the staff made me feel comfortable and looked after from the moment I arrived. Thank you to everyone involved in my care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hands down the best experience of healthcare I have ever had. All of the staff made me feel safe, well cared for and confident that I was in great hands. Whilst everyone was great, I would like to particularly recognise Clare who took care of me post surgery whilst I was in recovery and Jamilla who was my nurse on the day. She was patient, kind and explained everything- a credit to the hospital and the profession. Thank you all. Hospital is rarely a pleasant experience but you made it so much better than I could have expected.
