Incredible hospital with just the most professional, friendly staff I have ever come across. I cannot stress this enough; how all the staff are friendly not just to patients and visitors but towards each other - all working as a team. Refreshing to see and a pleasure to be amongst. My wife has just returned home from a knee replacement at Springfield, and have to say the care was absolutely superb, all of the staff the nurses, then doctors, the pharmacist, the cleaners, the food and drink ladies, the receptionists literally everyone we could not fault, so kind, caring and professional, many working unbelievably long days but still managing to smile these people are all true angels, thank you.

I came in for a procedure today and was looked after by Raymond and Sue on the ward who were exceptional - from the moment I arrived they took care of me attended to my every need and made me feel comfortable and assured. My anesthetist and surgeon were also exceptional.

I have just come home from a total hip replacement. I was very nervous, all staff from reception, to cleaners, porters, the dinner ladies and especially nurses were brilliant. Springfield is an excellent hospital and seems to run like clockwork . I was treated extremely well and looked after completely. The food was excellent and the care was over and beyond what it needed to be . I thoroughly recommend this hospital .

From beginning to end for a total hip replacement I was treated with kindness, care and dignity. Everyone I came into contact with was polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
