Today I returned to have my mri. As I attempted to have it a few weeks prior. Unfortunately due to claustrophobia and panic disorder I couldn’t do it. I rebooked and I went to my psychiatrist who prescribed something for me to take before hand and was also able to have my mother sit with me. All was successful and the scan was completed. I genuinely cannot thank the Radiology team enough. On both occasions they constantly reassured me. Took their time and were so kind to me. Sometimes people do not understand these difficulties and can be quite frustrated or short with me. But so far from that with these guys. Thank you all so much for being so lovely and so supportive

Excellent experience from start to finish. The hospital staff were friendly, caring, and professional throughout my treatment. Everyone made me feel welcome and well looked after, and the care I received was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hospital and its team.

Overall I would definitely recommend Dr Ottayil and nurse Ros, they worked well together and really made our daughter feel validated especially given her neurodivergence and mental health.

Easy parking at 5:30pm (usually congested during earlier times). Reception staff took private patients excess payment, which made things easy. Pleasant reception from consultation, and quick examination concluding the operation had been extremely successful- after having expectations 'managed' with explabation ofmultiple potential complications preoperative. Very relieved and content.
