I had a wonderful experience at Springfield Hospital from start to finish. Every member of staff I came across was kind, caring and professional. The nurses were especially lovely and always took the time to listen, answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. I felt well looked after throughout my stay and was kept informed every step of the way, which really helped put my mind at ease. The hospital was clean and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect, and I can't thank the team enough for the care I received during my hysterectomy and recovery. I would highly recommend Springfield Hospital to anyone needing treatment.

I can’t recommend the hospital and staff enough. Facilities are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff are so welcoming and kind especially my nurse Debbie who made sure I fully understood what was going on and helped me through each step.

I recently visited Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford for an MRI scan, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked through the doors, the experience was absolutely seamless. The hospital itself is spotlessly clean, modern, and has a very welcoming and calming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly polite and made the check-in process quick and hassle-free.

We were very pleased and comfortable with today’s visit. My son felt at ease and was given ample time to explain his situation and condition. He was also provided with the necessary precautionary steps and reassurance throughout the diagnostic process.
