Spent a short overnight stay a Springfield this week and wanted to take the time to call out the care and attention I received which made an unexpected stay, super comfortable and genuinely nice experience. Congratulations to the staff management for setting high expectations and clearly recruiting great people. From ward staff & theatre team to reception. Very impressed. Particular thanks to Nash, Raymond and Shula who looked after me superbly. Breakfast was also winner.
