I had my knee surgery yesterday and from start to finish I was very happy the staff from the porters to the theatre staff but especially Raymond and Jenny were the best made me feel so much less anxious and reassured me on all my worries thank you for yesterday they were both so polite caring and couldn’t do enough for me such lovely staff thank you again Absolutely outstanding hospital 😊

29.Jan. Umbilical Hernia operation. The staff at Springfield Hospital overall were amazing. This was my first ever operation previously only ever having used the NHS. I was never concerned therefore, please send my thanks to those who helped make my experience so welcoming and professional. Dr Bruno Lorenzo, Tom from concierge, Tom and Aga from Nursing as well as the very kind young lady from pre operating theatre. thank you.

I am Jacqueline Slater Had a procedure on the 27th January on the day care unit I cannot praise this hospital enough everyone was so kind and my consultant a very nice gentleman Husband had knee surgery in June 2025 also very kind to him and after treatment spot on

we always go very early to makes sure we get parked ...hopefully once building work is completed it will be easier...staff and consultants are always friendly and helpful..nothing is too much trouble...check in is very efficient
