I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for the outstanding care and kindness I received. From the porter, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember (sorry) to Nurse Debbie, everyone was absolutely wonderful. The porter was exceptionally polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Nurse Debbie was incredibly helpful, double-checked everything with me, and gently escorted me in a wheelchair to our car, making sure I was comfortable and safe. Dr Harriet Scott — what can I say? She was so caring, approachable, and friendly. She made sure I understood everything and gave me so much confidence and reassurance. Knowing that she would be there to support me throughout my journey and monitor my progress made such a difference. Thanks to her kindness and professionalism, I never felt scared. Dr Miss Hilary Bosman was equally reassuring. She inspired confidence, demonstrated great professionalism and control, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly, using language that was easy to understand and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Overall, this was the best surgical experience I have ever had in my life. Every member of the team contributed to making what could have been a frightening experience feel safe, reassuring, and positive. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the exceptional treatment, compassion, and personal care I received. I felt genuinely cared for, respected, and supported every step of the way. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You are truly exceptional, and I will always be grateful for the wonderful care you gave me.
