Our hospital is conveniently located on the outskirts of Chelmsford with plenty of free parking onsite. The hospital has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients who are self-funding treatment, patients with health insurance, or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.

Please note that Springfield Hospital has installed a number plate recognition system to prevent unauthorised users from parking and occupying valuable spaces intended for patients. This is administered by an external company and Springfield Hospital does not profit from any penalty charges. To avoid a parking charge, please register your number plate upon arrival at the hospital using one of the tablets located in the departments you are visiting. This includes blue badge holders. If you are leaving your car overnight, please advise a member of our main reception team.
