Today I returned to have my mri. As I attempted to have it a few weeks prior. Unfortunately due to claustrophobia and panic disorder I couldn’t do it. I rebooked and I went to my psychiatrist who prescribed something for me to take before hand and was also able to have my mother sit with me. All was successful and the scan was completed. I genuinely cannot thank the Radiology team enough. On both occasions they constantly reassured me. Took their time and were so kind to me. Sometimes people do not understand these difficulties and can be quite frustrated or short with me. But so far from that with these guys. Thank you all so much for being so lovely and so supportive

I recently visited Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford for an MRI scan, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked through the doors, the experience was absolutely seamless. The hospital itself is spotlessly clean, modern, and has a very welcoming and calming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly polite and made the check-in process quick and hassle-free.

I would like to thank all the staff at Springfield Hospital for the excellent care I received. My sincere thanks go especially to Adam, my surgeon, who was respectful, informative, approachable, and made me feel calm and relaxed throughout my treatment. Although all the staff are extremely busy caring for many patients, there was one HCA who made me feel truly special. She was informative, attentive, seemed to know what I needed before I did, and took the time to check on me regularly. Suzanne, you are a credit to Springfield Hospital. Your kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a real difference to my experience. We need more Suzannes in this world. Thank you once again to everyone involved in my care.

I had an MRI scan at Springfield Hospital and was extremely pleased with the friendly and professional service that I received. The hospital is immaculate with a very relaxing atmosphere that induces calm and relaxation. Current 61 year old male NHS Consultant Surgeon and former Private Practitioner here of very many years. Overall an excellent experience, all but flawless. Exceptionally caring empathic behaviour is of key importance to me and the entire staff exhibited such which usually reflects to a good degree the leadership culture. I was in 3 days and had a urological operation. It is my second procedure here. Parking is a problem which I imagine is being partly addressed as their land is limited.

I recently underwent sinus surgery under the care of Mr Abdelkader, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience and treatment I received. From the very first consultation through to surgery and follow-up care, Mr Abdelkader was exceptional - professional and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the treatment plan. His expertise and calm manner made a stressful experience feel manageable. The care at Springfield Hospital was outstanding. The staff were kind, compassionate and professional. I felt looked after at every stage and the hospital was clean and efficient. I would recommend Mr Abdelkader and Springfield Hospital to anyone requiring ENT treatment. Thank you for such great care.
