I am very disappointed with the admin/reception side of Stourside. Jeremy Newman and his team’s side of things was faultless but the hospital was problematic from the start. I can give more detailed information if required. But suffice to say I am left very reluctant to use Stourside in the future.

All of the staff were really friendly, only waited 5 minutes before being called in to see Dr Newman. He was polite and explained everything clearly about the procedure I was thinking of having. Really impressed with the Hospital team.

I had my veins operated on by Dr Newman today. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Everyone made me feel at ease, the whole team did everything to make me feel comfortable and the whole experience as pleasant as possible. Every process was explained to me, everyone was very friendly and extremely thorough and I could not thank Dr Newman enough for how pain free and quick everything was. Everyone was so gentle and lovely and I feel so lucky that it didn’t hurt and I am now on the way to quick recovery. Thank you so much to the whole team especially Dr Jeremy. I would recommend him to everyone who is thinking about getting their veins operated on especially those a little nervous as there isn’t a better person to keep you at ease and even play relaxing music during the process to keep the spirits high. Thanks so much!
