Had a new knee replacement 17th june 2025 my surgeon was fantastic done a great job no problems and am doing great. Am awaiting my left knee to be done hopefully this year in june or july then hopefully it goes as good as last opp on right knee. They looked after me first class at west midlands hospital. Fantastic nursing staff they really look after you. Thank you to everyone

I can not praise all staff giving dignity and respect . Explaining my procedures and the outcome and reasons why I should wear surgical stockings for 14 days . My Consultant Mr Butt could not have been any more helpful and explained procedure to my routine follow up appointment. He explained what PIFU was and that at any time till June if I have any concerns or questions to call and arrange appointment with him . He showed me how to massage my scar . I felt at ease in the care of Mr Butt . I would highly recommend him and the hospital . Thank you all for taking care of me and the Nurse on the day of operation helped me nothing was to much trouble . The physio came to see me before discharge who explained everything that I needed to do with exercises for my hand can’t thank you enough

Visited this hospital a few times with an out patient appointment. Excellent service every time, polite staff with appointments running on time, no unnecessary waiting around. Minimal waiting times also for investigatory tests. Mr Butt is a wonderful Consultant, who listens and shows genuine interest in your medical condition. Very pleased with the treatment I have recieved from Stourside, thank you.

I've been here few times now for treatments on my foot.. twice for an injection 💉.. lovely clean hospital, staff are so friendly, appointments are always on time , free hot drinks in waiting room, large car park..

I have visited Stourside for a number of appointments and one operation I have had a great experience each and every time - the staff are relaxed and friendly, the time is taken to explain things well and overall it has a nice atmosphere. I have no reservations in recommending this hospital to anyone.

My husband had a knee replacement at West Midlands Hospital on 23rd September. He has had a few setbacks along the way. The care he has received from Stourside Hospital has been first class. All the staff, nurses and Doctors have given him the best care and attention he could have hoped for. They are always there for him on the end of the phone if he needs to be seen. Cannot recommend this hospital highly enough.
