What our patients say

  • I would like to thank Mr Shafquat and his team for all their skill and kindness. I have had cataracts removed from both eyes and it has made such a difference to my quality of life. My best wishes to you all.

  • I am grateful that I could choose this hospital and I could have treatment. I was a patient of NHS. My treatment was hysteroscopy, polyp removal. I was treated with dignity, I had a pregnancy test before the hysteroscopy. I had no questions before treatment I didn't know what to ask, I felt I could trust them. The hospital is modern with a positive atmosphere. The staff is not \"tired\" like in NHS. I had local anesthesia which is safer than general. I was horrified so the nurse offered me gas and held my hand it was a very nice feeling to be so supported I was surprised. On my first appointment I was late the road was closed so the doctor gynecologist was waiting for me. I recommend this Hospital. Thank You for professional quick treatment without waiting. Regards

  • My feet are operated by Mr A. Marsh. Straighten my toes and removed my big toenail . Mr Quinlan treated my eyes for cataract. Those are one day operations. Perfect.

  • Excellent very officent and fast at arranging the anital appointment. Dr I seen was very proffestional, nurses proffestiomal and friendly and puts you at ease. Not a jammed packed waiting area, which helps me a lot. They get information correct and don't cancil appointments when arranged and stick to arranged appointment dates. My friend took me here and I'm glad he did. Dr Shahzad was very friendly and a good listner which I beleive makes a good proffestional Doctor, he even explained things concering my health i never knew about. The only problem was University Hospital Birmingham not being officent in sending this Hospital CT scans so they can assist you quicker they took a long time.

  • What a great hospital. Went there for a cortisone injection in my hip and from the time I walked through the door to when I was released home it was a really comfortable experience. I felt totally at ease with the care and attention shown by every member of staff that dealt with me. Special mention to Kirsty and Jodie who are a credit to Stourside Hospital. Thank you.
