I love the easy parking and the no fuss approach when you are in the hospital. Always very clean and I enjoy the calm music they play.

Overall, I felt that the approach lacked thoroughness, consideration, and professionalism. I did not feel heard or supported during the consultation, and I am left without clarity or a plan to address my symptoms. Additionally, I do not feel that this consultation represented value for either the time or cost involved. In my experience, the quality of this interaction was significantly below NHS standards and falls well short of what is acceptable within private healthcare, especially when compared to other practices. Given this experience, I would strongly suggest that Vitality reviews this consultant’s inclusion within their Consultant Select option, as the level of care provided does not reflect the standards expected of such a network.

Don’t often leave reviews but feel I have to make an exception given the outstanding care I’ve received at Stourside hospital and its sister facility, the West Midlands Hospital. I’ve been under the care of Mr Kenan Dehne, consultant orthopedic surgeon, for a complex knee procedure. His treatment was outstanding - he went above and beyond the call of duty. I’m making much quicker progress than I could have wished for. I had an overnight stay, and the care provided by his team was exemplary. Thank you so much to all involved - I can’t recommend these guys enough

It went alright. Doctor Bansal a nice man but I don’t think I was clearly told if my shoulder is doing really well but he said it’s normal to feel this 7 months afyrr my shoulder operation. All the nurses were very kind and polite towards me.
