Such a lovely experience I have had at this hosptail the staff are so pleasant and helpful had a really bad knee and they helped so much.

The staff at this hospital are an absolute blessing - from the consultants, to the doctors and nurses, to the ladies on reception. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and helpful but a few special mentions: Mr Olu Oluwajobe, my consultant, Dr Okechukwu, nurses Shelly, Jade and Annie and the lovely lady on reception whose name I don’t know but she always wears colourful glasses! I have been visiting the hospital regularly following General Surgery and suffer with health anxiety so need a lot of reassurance. Every single member of staff have done everything they can to spend time explaining things in detail to me, reassuring me and helping me with the next steps. I cannot thank them enough for the genuine care they have shown me throughout my treatment.

would have given 5 stars but the appointment process requires serious review. First proceedure - arrived 12.15 - frosty reception - Prepped by 1.00pm - waited till 5.15pm before being taken to theatre. Second proceedure - arrived 12.15 - frosty reception - prepped by 1.00pm - waited till 4.15pm before being takent to theatre. All patients are asked to arrive by 12.30 then have to sit & wait for their turn with very little communication. I would strongly recommend that this system be changed.

I have had two unrelated operations at Colman’s Hill hospital this year with consultations at Stourside. On all occasions, the hospital staff, consultants, physio and admin have all given exceptional service. This is without doubt an excellently run establishment. Many thanks to all.

I recently had cataract surgery done by Miss Chaudhary. She and all members of staff there made sure I understood everything that I would experience and explained each step as it happening. They made me more comfortable and confident about the whole experience which like any surgery can be worrying.

Don’t often leave reviews but feel I have to make an exception given the outstanding care I’ve received at Stourside hospital and its sister facility, the West Midlands Hospital. I’ve been under the care of Mr Kenan Dehne, consultant orthopedic surgeon, for a complex knee procedure. His treatment was outstanding - he went above and beyond the call of duty. I’m making much quicker progress than I could have wished for. I had an overnight stay, and the care provided by his team was exemplary. Thank you so much to all involved - I can’t recommend these guys enough
