  • Compared with other nhs hospitals it is a breath of fresh air. Clean, comfortable reception area and very little waiting time.

  • Initial consultation was very quick but had to wait 10 days for an ultrasound. A follow up appointment was scheduled for over three weeks time to receive results which I thought was a very long time to wait, I expected the appointment to be much summer. However the consultation promptly texted after the ultrasound to say the results were normal so no further action needed. Tees Valley hospital staff were lovely.

  • Recently had my gallbladder removed here as a NHS day case. Everything went well and I’ve nothing bad to say at all. The hospital is very clean and well looked after and all the staff are kind and helpful. My nurses looked after me very well and nothing was too much trouble.

  • had a hernia operation on sat 15th August, the whole experience from start to finish was second to none, the whole team made my stay relaxed and very comfortable, thanks again. would 100% recommend Ramsey health care.

  • I can honestly say that I am 100% happy with the whole experience of being at Tees Valley. The staff are all very professional, listen carefully and treat you with respect and dignity. The horrible pain of arthritis has completely gone and I can carry on with my life, enjoying all the things I used to. Thank you to everyone involved in my care.
