  • My experience at Tees Valley Hospital has been amazing since day one of my initial consultation. The hospital is clean and quiet with excellent facilities in the room. The care team have been fantastic all the way through, every nurse listened and responded to my needs. Claire looked after me pre and post surgery, she supported me back in the room with what I needed and nothing was a silly question, even if I didn’t know which way round the gown went! Thank you Claire and team.

  • Wisdom tooth extraction with Dr B Palmer. After coming in very anxious I must say the dental team made me feel at ease! Dr Palmer went an extra step with customer service to ensure I was at ease. When the admin team told me it will be a theatre operating room was taken back , but seeing it it’s nothing like that , In fact that was not even a threat room just same as the dental room at ur dentist! The room was small with friendly stuff ! Msg To the admin team ( when I used to call asking the procedure of the tooth extraction & if l bring my mum or partner ) they would lack compassion n understanding that I was nervous , they described everything way off to what it was ! They just made everything worse than what it was .Bought my partner on the day n everything was fine . 0 star to the admin team , 5 star to dr b palmer n his team . Tooth extraction was done easy.
