Excellent care and management. Superb cleanliness. Friendly staff and atmosphere throughout hospital and ward. Superb administrative staff and communications through phone, text and email instantly, very impressed with all the information to help me. Everybody kind and took time with me before and after knee replacement surgery. Superb service throughout thank you. Exceptional hospital.

Essentially very good, although a couple of instances of poor communication: being told at reception I was first on the surgery list and then by the nurse that I was last. She said she would confirm this (important for my spouse in terms of approximate pick-up time) but did not return before I was seen by Miss Hazlerigg. Then on return to my room post-surgery there was some uncertainty around what was happening and time scales.

My whole experience from arranging to be seen by Dr Hazelrigg at the Winfield Hospital until my last visit there yesterday for post operative review has been an amazing medical experience throughout. The consultation, staff during the operation, physiotherapists, hospital receptionist and everyone made the entire experience complete top rate. I would recommend the hospital and the consultant to anyone at anytime.

I cannot fault my treatment by Mr Pegram. He was friendly, professional and involved me in decisions regarding my procedure and recovery at every step. Such a lovely place, for a Hospital it was so relaxing, staff were extremely helpful and kind. My experience was great, yes, I know its a Hospital appointment, but, you could not fault any of the staff!!!...front desk/ reception were fantastic!!... nurses/ Dr's were so relaxing & calming in their ways..... Thank you to everyone for your kind words and for all that you did for me. Would thoroughly recommend this Hospital, its so much better than any other larger Hospitals, as there you are number!!!... here at the Winfield you are a person, and the way you are dealt with is more personal. Thank you again.

Follow up appointment with Mr Jordan following knee replacement. The staff on reception are helpful and the staff around the hospital all wore ID and lanyards which is reassuring. The overall experience is of a professional, organised, clean and welcoming facility.

I have found everyone to be friendly and efficient. Whilst staying on the ward the nursing staff were knowledgable and confident. The physiotherapists were very experienced in encouraging my mobility. The food was good
