We are pleased to invite you to an in‑person information event at Tees Valley Hospital, where you can learn more about the MAKO® 4 Orthopaedic Robot and its role in hip and knee replacement surgery.

This event provides an opportunity to meet the MAKO® 4 system and gain a better understanding of how robotic‑assisted technology supports surgeons in planning and performing joint replacement procedures tailored to each patient’s anatomy.

What to expect?

The 2 hour presentation will be delivered by Mr James Webb, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, who will:

  • Explain how MAKO‑assisted hip and knee replacement surgery works
  • Discuss how robotic technology is used alongside surgical expertise
  • Share insights into private patient assessment and treatment pathways
  • Answer general questions about hip and knee replacement surgery

Please feel free to bring along a friend or relative, just add them onto the form when you register your place.

Please note that this does not replace an initial consultation, nor oblige you to book any treatments but to give you all the information to know the possibilities and chance to meet the consultant.
