Thanks to Mr Paringe for his proffesional surgery replacing my left hip, amazed i didnt need staples to be removed, and a very neat wound, staff were amazing and friendly, answering my call bell, i didnt need to wait and friendly catering staff, thank you all Carol Wilson.

Had a knee operation here twice and both times the staff and physio team have been so wonderful and helpful and im finally getting back to movement in right knee. Kept me happy as I was crying the lot as my 1st ever operation and 2 have 2 I was so scared but they kept me at ease and kept me smiling cant thank them all enough

I recently had a medial branch block procedure at Ramsay West Midlands Hospital, and I cannot thank the team enough for the outstanding care I received. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff was kind, professional and reassuring, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I had asked for sedation at very short notice because I was feeling anxious about the procedure, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my request. I was incredibly grateful, as it made a huge difference to my overall experience. A big shout-out to Dr Ahmed Salama, whose professionalism, expertise and calm, reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. I felt I was in very safe hands throughout the procedure. The nursing and theatre teams were equally fantastic—friendly, compassionate and attentive from start to finish. Thank you to Dr Salama and everyone at Ramsay West Midlands Hospital for providing such exceptional care. I would not hesitate to recommend the hospital to anyone needing treatment. A truly five-star experience.

Well, what a day! I checked into Coleman Hill Hospital at 7:30am for my rotatory cuff repair and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. A huge shout-out to Gemma, Phil, Dr Paul, Deborah, and of course the man with the magic hands, Mr Rajeev Bansal. Special mention must go to Tink, who managed to cut my surgical pants off. Usually, I'm more accustomed to having them ripped off, so this was a refreshing change of pace! Phil kept everything running smoothly, Tink Awell (real name) kept me laughing, and Deborah deserves a medal for producing what may well be the finest tuna sandwiches, tea, coffee and biscuits known to mankind. Forget Michelin stars – hospitals need a sandwich rating system! The operation went brilliantly, and in true NHS efficiency style, I arrived at 7:30am and was back home by 3:15pm the very same day. Not bad considering someone had been tinkering around inside my shoulder only hours earlier. Now begins the next challenge: six weeks of recovery. Apparently, lifting pints, building bars, and pretending I'm still 25 are all off the agenda for a while. My wife is already enjoying reminding me of this every five minutes! To all the wonderful staff at Coleman Hill Hospital, thank you for your care, professionalism, humour and kindness. You made what could have been a stressful day an absolute pleasure. Now if anyone needs me, I'll be sitting in my arm sling, milking the sympathy vote for all it's worth and demanding tuna sandwiches on demand. Cheers everyone! 🍻😂🏥💪

Shoulder operation 11th May 26, from admittance to discharge same day everything was superb. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, I was well looked after. Thank you Dr's Bansal and Innes nurse Rebacca Marsh and Tink.

Cannot recommend this hospital enough, ive been a patient now for several years and had various procedures under their care. The staff from reception through to consultants are amazing. Would highly recommend Dr. Salama and his team....they listen, care and he always seems to know exactly what and where to treat my pain...even when I'm unsure myself. Would give 10 stars 🌟 if I could.
