I Recently had a procedure at West Midlands Hospital, I received outstanding care and support from the whole team. Every single member of staff were so friendly and approachable, offering their time with constant smiles and care, they all made what was a little frightening for me so much easier They explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable and supported at every stage of the journey. I can’t thank everyone enough for their kindness and support from my consultant, the nurses, theatre staff, HCA’s, catering and reception staff, and the kindness they showed my relative who stayed with me through the day. Thankyou all so much.

My follow up appointment was a pleasant experience, from waiting in a clean and well lit waiting room, to the nurse who greeted me and the consultation with Mr Bansal.The waiting time was reasonable and I was seen on time. Mr Bansal gave me time to ask any questions, which he answered ,and I was shown post operation x-rays. which was really interesting! I was very pleased with the appointment and very grateful to Mr Bansal for his skill and care and the confidence that he gave me to have the operation.

I have been in excruciating pain for weeks and was incredibly anxious, particularly seeing a male doctor. However, Dr Kawesha was wonderful. He is so approachable and has a very caring nature. He was respectful and took time to listen to, and talk to, me, explaining everything fully.

Absolutely amazing! I can't thank the staff at West Midlands Hospital enough for such a great experience. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. From start to finish, the care was exceptional. The team truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, reassured, and well looked after. If only the rest of the NHS was like this hospital, the UK would be in a much better and healthier place! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking top-tier medical care.

My ACL and meniscus knee surgery was a great success. The surgeon, Mr Kenan Dehne, was an excellent professional who successfully restored my knee to normal function. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Benny and the physiotherapy team, who provided the right guidance, exercises, and support throughout my recovery. Their expertise and encouragement played a significant role in helping me regain strength, mobility, and confidence in my knee.

I went for a full hip replacement so anxious and nervous. I came away wondering why. The staff are kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. The nurses in anesthesia room were lovely putting me totally at ease as was the anethatist. Mr Aguwal is a kind and gentle person who did a marvellous job. I have had the best of care from all concerned from first consultation to follow up appointment 6 weeks later.
