I had a right side hip replacement end of October my consultant Mr Kenan Dehne was just fantastic from the initial consultations right through to the operation he really looks after you the care i received at west Midlands hospital was brilliant from admission to discharge nurses physiotherapy and catering staff were all lovely so kind i would just like to thank everybody.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone at West Midlands Hospital for the outstanding care I received during my knee replacement operation. From my very first appointment at Stourside through to my physiotherapy at West Midlands Hospital, the standard of care was exceptional at every stage. Every member of staff played a part in making my experience so positive — from the admin and reception teams, to the nurses, physiotherapists, and kitchen staff. Everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Mr Chaudhry and his theatre team were superb, and the nurses on the ward could not have treated me better. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt well looked after and reassured. Although I have now been discharged, I would not hesitate to return to this hospital for any future treatment. I would highly recommend West Midlands Hospital to anyone seeking excellent care and support.

I had ACL reconstruction surgery here in September 2025 and couldn't have been happier with the care i received from my surgeon MR Dehne and the team at West Midlands Hospital. This was my first surgery and admittance into hospital and i was made to feel very safe and in good hands. The surgery was very successful and i was in minimal pain throughout and very well looked after. All care from pre to post op has been exceptional and i would highly recommend west mids. Thank you to Mr Dehne and the team at West Midland Hospital.

I had a total hip replacement in December and I can’t thank enough Professor Ed Davis, Dr Plant, theatre staff and the nursing team on the Clent Ward. The treatment I received was first class, by far the best treatment I’ve ever had. From admission to discharge I couldn’t fault a thing, the excellent care, excellent physios and the excellent catering staff for the delightful meals I received. A truly unforgettable experience and one I can thoroughly recommend to anyone having surgery. Thanks again.

Where do i start... What a credit to the nursing proffesion the nurses are. From when you come in till you go, nothing is to much trouble. From the catering staff to the consultants this is an incredible hospital...Ive had 3 operations here now and the care is second to none.. I wish this hospital every success in the future and keep up the incredible standards your staff abide too.. Thank you once again for looking after me..

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff, their professionalism and kindness has been a massive comfort for myself as I have been through surgery and recovery. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs real care and consideration when it comes to choosing the right treatments to get the best results. I am glad to say that my successful surgery has improved my quality of life greatly and hopefully if I ever need anything again I know where to go to get it sorted quickly. Thank you once again.

I recently had rotator cuff surgery at this amazing hospital under the care of Mr Bansal. I was treated with such care and kindness during my stay, and, as I was very nervous, I was continually reassured by the lovely ward nurses. Everything went well for me and I was back home in the early evening. I would like to thank everyone at West Midlands Hospital for their outstanding care.

Had a partial knee replacement, over the two days throughout my stay all staff were friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Quality of the food provided was very good and the room was clean & comfortable. Was kept well informed about the whole procedure even if it was painful once done ! 👍

I was admitted on 3rd October for a knee replacement and would like to thank Mr. Malek and his team for looking after me. Everyone conducted themselves in a very professional manner. The Nurses couldn't do enough for me and they were thorough in answering any questions that I had and ensured that I fully understood what I needed to do post op. The hospital was spotless and the food was exceptional. I don't normally like being in hospital but I felt very relaxed, comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this hospital.5 star treatment from the moment I walked into reception until I left the following day. A well deserved 5 stars.

Back in June this year I had complex Meniscus and ACL surgery preformed by mr Kenan Dehne. It was an old football injury from my youth and the surgery was a massive success thanks to mr Dehne and his team, absolutely fantastic treatment before, during and after my surgery.
