  • West Midlands Hospital. I have given the hospital 5 stars and that extends to all the staff. Can’t thank them enough for everything they done from start to finish . My surgeon was Mr Syed Ali Shahzad and he was exceptional . I spent many months struggling physically and mentally with water problems and pain . I was getting nowhere with the NHS and problems getting worse I reached out to Mr Syed Ali Shahzad for a consultation . I needed an operation for two things a urethral stricture repair and a reduction repair on my prostate . The urethral was repaired and I had Rezum on my prostate . This was all done in a matter of weeks . All highly caring and professional . Everything has healed perfect with all full function like before like nothing had gone wrong . I would personally like to thank Mr Syed Ali Shahzad and all the staff at the hospital . I cant thank them and recommend them enough .

  • Very happy with the care, patience of Mr Jain and the wonderful nurses at Stourside and West Midlands hospitals. Felt really looked after. They always made me feel valued when ringing regarding questions post surgery and assured me very well. The only thing missing was an update to my doctors surgery, as they claim they have no knowledge of any procedure I've had. Highly recommended to have Mr Jain look after you when having this surgery or any foot problems. He even came in to check in me post surgery. Massive thank you

  • The whole experience being at Ramsay West Midlands Hospital for my gallbladder operation has been wonderful. I was so nervous when I arrived and from the onset the doctors and nurses were caring, calm and professionla. The empathy they show is second to none. Steph and all the other staff behind the scenes were amazing too and compliments to the chef, the food especially the parsnip soup was delicous. There are no improvements this hospital could make. Amazing, thank you everyone so much.
