I would give 10 stars if I could. Every single staff member I come across here is so friendly and helpful, they really knock the stigma of feeling uncomfortable with dental appointments. I am extremely grateful for Miss Grant especially and her team (forgot her nurses name with the blonde hair who assisted in my wisdom tooth removal, but she was amazing too!) incredible ladies, extremely knowledgeable and it’s such a nice feeling to have somebody who listens to your concerns and actually goes out of their way to help you. I didn’t feel anxious at all from the x rays to the procedure, all thanks to the staff here. I could not praise Miss Grant especially enough, thank you so much.

Top notch service. Had an extraction last Saturday which went smoothly although I was extremely nervous. I have not had any pain so stopped taking pain medicine after the first day. Mrs Grant and her assistant were absolutely lovely and was patient with me considering the amount of times I put my hand up for her to stop. Did not experience any pain however I was very anxious. Btw I was referred here by the NHS and was treated like any paying customer.

Impacted wisdom tooth with cyst removal performed by Tim Martin. I'm an extremely nervous patient but Tim put me at ease throughout. The procedure was painless after the injections had taken effect. Tim put up with my shaking like a jelly, talked calmly to me at all times and it was all over in 20 minutes. A shout out to his Secretary Geraldine too who understood my nervousness, was super efficient and had kind words as well. A great team and lovely clinic although I'm sure they'll understand that I'm in no hurry to revisit! Thank you.

I was seen by Dr mcmillan today to have my wisdom tooth removed,, he was very confident and reassuring and completed the procedure efficiently. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

“Had a multiple extraction of teeth today and the level of care given by Miss Grant and her dental nurse was second to none. I felt extremely anxious about the appointment and they kept me informed throughout, and the added bonus was it didn’t hurt at all and I was being a wuss for no reason at all! Went 2x to have my wisdom teeth removed Easy to find My dentist Mr Breeze and his assistant were welcoming and took care of everything Both times were great and I wasn't nervous Staff are easy to contact and speak to on the phone, easy to connect with someone if needed Easy to arrange and reschedule appointments Only reason a 4* instead of 5* was I was discharged accidentally and didnt know until I rang to arrange my 2nd visit Also I think slowing the procedure and allowing time for the patient to ask questions and maybe a follow up call would be a good idea and explaining more step by step Other than that, Mr Breeze said I was an easy patient, and I just sat there and let him get on with it and all is well 4 days post teeth removal!

Fantastic dentist and facilities, saw me very quickly and even agreed to do treatment on a Saturday. The dentist I saw was Martin Evans and he inspired confidence from the very first meeting and talked me through the entire process thoroughly. I had two wisdom teeth and an impacted tooth removed, the process was very quick and relatively pain free. Even administing the anaesthetic wasn't that painful

Had some retained roots taken out today 13/7/24 by mr Evans I couldn’t feel a thing. He was great friendly and reassuring also the nurse helping was fantastic too 😊😊👍👍

Everyone is welcoming..Front desk is so friendly..the dentist (sorry forgot his name) who did my tooth extraction was so great..the whole procedure went well and fast..didn’t even realise he was done, all i heard was him humming..made me relaxed while my tooth extracted…had my surgery last 5th of July…already recommend THE WESTBOURNE CENTRE to my family and friends…5 out of 5
