People Caring for People
Our ongoing commitment to quality, patient safety and clinical care remains Ramsay’s top priority and this has never been more true than today, as our teams continue to work to provide excellent patient care whilst the Coronavirus situation evolves.

Our Hospitals Are Open
At present we continue to offer our full service of care and all NHS and private hospital appointments are running as normal.  As the largest Independent Sector provider to the NHS we are working closely with NHS England and Public Health England to offer support and resources to the NHS during these current challenging times.

Our priority is to continue to provide outstanding care to all patients who need it.

Protecting our Teams and Patients
Ramsay Health Care UK has a proven track record on infection prevention which includes the cleanliness of our hospitals, diagnostic facilities and decontamination centres.  Our hospitals have strict infection control and prevention protocols in place to protect healthcare workers, patients and visitors and to minimise the risk of any infection, including COVID-19.

We are keeping all our teams updated with advice and information on how to stay safe and protect themselves from infection, whether that is while they are at work or at home.

If you are showing any Coronavirus symptoms, however mild, you should follow the latest NHS guidance and self-isolate. Please do not attend your hospital appointment if you are showing any symptoms.

We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that we are well prepared to face these challenging times and we will prioritise both urgent and elective care and supporting the NHS as the need arises. The safety of all our staff, patients, visitors, and doctors remains of paramount importance to us.
