Ramsay Health Care UK is proud to announce that 20 of its hospitals across the UK have been recognised by Doctify with Patient Experience badges for 2026, reflecting consistently high standards of care based on real patient feedback.
Doctify’s Patient Experience badges are awarded using independently collected patient reviews and place healthcare providers into performance percentiles. Only the top 30% of services receive recognition, making this a significant achievement for Ramsay hospitals nationwide.
What the Patient Experience badges represent
- Outstanding Patient Experience is awarded to the top 10% of healthcare providers on Doctify
- Great Patient Experience is awarded to the next 20%, placing recipients in the 70th–90th percentile
The badges reflect patient feedback across key areas including quality of care, communication, professionalism and overall experience.
