Having an operation or procedure is a worrying time, but the experience with Duchy was great, I felt very looked after. I was in for a hysteroscopy (gynae) and it went very smoothly. I was nervous about going under general anaesthetic but I was well cared for by the brilliant staff.

Mr Amir Sriemevan you are so professional straight to the point and knows what he’s talking about. So grateful to have him remove my endometriosis and diagnose me. Impeccable care during my flexible sigmoidoscopy procedure with Mr Tewari and his team. I am neurodivergent and have many disabilities that require me to be in hospital frequently. I wish I could go to Pinehill every single time. I can’t express how kind and enthusiastic the care is by every single staff member. From reception to the surgical care team, everyone is informed on what care is suitable for each patient. I actually enjoyed my experience and found it interesting to learn more about my own body. Such a contrast from the medical trauma I have repeatedly experienced under the NHS. It doesn’t matter if you are experiencing NHS or private care, the standard is exceptional! I cannot commend the team enough! You are in the best hands at Pinehill and I recommend them highly.

I would thoroughly recommend HOLEP surgery. Mr Miakhil gave me the best possible outcome for my enlarged benign prostate. I was going to have to wait over a year under the NHS and due to my symptoms I was not able to carry on with a normal life until surgery

I had a very positive experience at North Downs Hospital. I would like to specifically thank my surgeon, Mr Shwetal Dighe, and my anaesthetist, Dr Simon Fitzgerald, for their professionalism and excellent care throughout the procedure. I felt safe, well looked after, and in very capable hands. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive — from the reception staff, to the nurses, and even the porters. Every single person I interacted with made the experience much easier and more comfortable. The whole process was smooth, well organised and clearly explained, which gave me great confidence from start to finish. I’m very grateful for the high standard of care I received and would highly recommend North Downs Hospital to anyone. Thank you to the entire team.
