  • Duchy Hospital and Ramsay Healthcare have done it again. They set a standard all the others can only aspire to. On the 06/08/2026 I was admitted as a daycare patient at mid-day for an anal operation anxious and depressed and came out at six pm absolutely over the moon. The quality and calibre and motivation of the staff was eye-openingly outstanding. It does not get any better than this. The Rolls Royce of hospitals. Thank you again Ramsay Healthcare.   • My stay at woodthorpe hospital was great. Excellent room. Clean. Good food. Hotel like. The staff were great too especially nurses kelly and francesca and health care assistants georgina and sam. They attended to my every need. I cant thank my consultant mr o'boyle enough, hes changed my life. I would definitely recommend the hospital and mr o'boyle.

  • Overall my experience was really good from checking me in to discharge l, after having a total knee replacement I was looked after superbly the staff on the ward l, they were very kind and considerate nothing was too much trouble the HCA staff were brilliant and very caring took time to talk to me and explain a few things to put my mind at rest, would highly recommend Woodthorpe Hospital Nottingham

  • I had a really positive experience here from start to finish. My consultant was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly and put me at ease. The nursing staff were also fantastic — attentive, kind and caring throughout my stay, and I always felt well looked after. The facilities were clean and comfortable, which made the whole experience much easier. I’m really grateful to the whole team for the care and support I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing treatment.

  • Went to Woodthorpe hospital for a minor surgery, all staff were lovely and professional, and I felt very well looked after. The room was clean and bright, and my husband was allowed to stay there while waiting for me. Overall, really excellent care
