I was treated so well on the day of my operation everyone was so friendly efficient and calming which helped take the edge off of my anxiety and made me feel at ease. I was not a private patient but under the NHS but I was treated with care and consideration by everyone in Rivers Hospital from Surgeon down to the tea lady. I couldn’t be more grateful of the treatment I received and I even had a follow up call this morning from a very nice lady asking how I was and informing me that if had any concerns to ring them and that I was under thier care for the next six weeks My whole experience was excellent thank you.

I recently had a minor operation at Duchy hospital. I cannot praise the quality of care enough. All the surgeons, doctors, nurses and reception staff were excellent. Those behind the scenes which I never met also deserve praise. No one likes going into hospital but Duchy made it as good an experience as one could hope for. Highly recommended.

I have been treated many times at Beacon Park Hospital and without fail, I have been treated with the greatest respect and care from all members of staff; from the reception, care workers, nurses and consultants. Beacon Park Hospital has a welcoming atmosphere and is always spotlessly clean. If anyone is ever offered treatment here, I would highly recommend it. The hospital offers treatment for both private and NHS patients and in my experience, all are treated with the same care and respect.

I would like to thank Springfield Hospital for a good few months I have had. Nose, hand and knee surgeries, all in short time to fix my body. Every appointment have been great, and I have been met with smiles on faces and positive energy from staff. SH have been organised and made it easy for me to get allt his sorted.
