Plenty of parking available. Inviting and welcoming reception area and staff. Nursing staff welcoming, courteous and display a great level of attentiveness, knowledge and care. Overall up to now treatment has been of a high standard, caring, compassionate and efficient, just as good as I find with my other specialists within the NHS. Appointment ran almost 40 minutes late unfortunately but not such a big issue, as someone in and around various medical settings almost daily, delays are to be expected at times and sometimes can't be helped and doesnt negate from the level of professionalism and standard of care shown and given.

I had 10 sessions with Chris following shoulder surgery. He was a great physio, and listened to all my concerns post op. I was scared to push myself too much, but his reassurance and his attitude really encouraged me out of my comfort zone. I’ve made great progress in 5 months. Still a way to go to full recovery, but with all the exercises I have been given, I know I will make it happen! Thanks Chris and Team at Pinehill!

I Visited today for a ultrasound guided injection into my knee. I found the whole experience from Anne on reception to Elaine and Dr. Charlotte in the treatment room to be outstanding. A wonderful kind and caring team. Well done to you all. First class care in my experience.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Chan, from the initial consultation through to surgery and aftercare, the level of professionalism, expertise and reassurance Mr Chan provided was exceptional. The whole process was explained clearly and I felt completely confident in the treatment plan from the outset. The surgery went extremely smoothly and the results have exceeded my expectations. Everything was done professionally until I had to get my prescription, Miss Gruener added extra drops to the prescription but I had to wait for the staff to find the pharmacist so the delayed my discharge.
