I was referred to Beacon Park re Gyno issues. When arriving Staff at reception always very welcoming & helpful this was every visit and including telephone contact. When I had my first procedure the nursing staff couldn't be more attentive and reassuring, such a lovely team and I felt in safe hands. Also Ms Uma Bathula is an angel of Gyno and deserves her recognition. Truly incredible woman. I could really feel the women power at Beacon Park and felt every one of these staff members behind me, supporting me all the way.❤️ I then had to visit Beacon park for my pre op recently and again the nursing staff was great. Preparing me for my surgery, what I should expect, and leaflets on my procedure and aftercare. I can't recommend this place highly enough and I don't understand the negative reviews,but I suppose we all have different experiences or expectations! I would certainly give 10 ⭐ if I could.🙏

I attended the Yorkshire clinic with my husband Ian Howe today the 16th October for an appointment with Shabina Sultan. This was to try and help him with an extremely painful knee as the treatment we had received from specialists and doctors had not worked and were advised to see a Rheumatologist asap. We were so lucky to see this wonderful lady, she was superb, asked Ian about his medical history and the issue with his knee. After talking to both of us and going through what was needed, she treated him for his ongoing pain. She completed our visit to ask that he attend Airedale Hospital and along with her and her team will ensure that going forward he will be checked on a regular basis to ensure that any pain can be managed over time. We cannot put into words how she made us both feel. At long last we have hope, her sincerity, her knowledge and her guidance has been invaluable. We know that going forward her team will be there to help him and we can enjoy the future for however long that maybe. She is in our world “simply the best”. Our grateful thanks from I and V Howe

I recently had foot surgery at Woodthorpe Hospital and was happy with the care I received. My nurse Linda was lovely, the anaesthetic team were fantastic at putting me at ease, and the physio was really helpful in getting me fitted with crutches and my surgical shoe before the operation. The hospital was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. The only downside was being left waiting for 2-3 hours before surgery without any updates, which wasn’t great for my anxiety! A little communication during that time would have made a real difference but I do understand that staff are very busy

A Huge Thank You to Woodthorpe Hospital From the moment we walked into Woodthorpe Hospital, the service we received was absolutely fantastic. Tracy greeted us warmly and showed us to our room, taking the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. Her kindness and reassurance made a real difference to us both. Kelly H, Linda, our nurses, and Denise, our Healthcare Assistant (HCA), showed my daughter such incredible care, compassion and understanding throughout her time in hospital. I honestly could not have asked for better care, and I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed her. I would also like to thank Charlotte from the theatres team, who took the time to reassure my daughter and help her feel calm before taking her through for her operation. Finally, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr Morgan for the care he provided. The follow-up appointment was arranged quickly, and the diagnosis came through promptly. As a result, my daughter’s health and quality of life have improved significantly, which means more to us than words can express. As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your child is in safe, caring and capable hands. Every member of the team we encountered helped us feel reassured and supported during what could have been a very stressful experience. Thank you to Tracy, Linda, Kelly H, Denise, Charlotte, Mr Morgan and the entire team at Woodthorpe Hospital. Your professionalism, kindness and compassion have made a genuine difference to my daughter’s life, and we will always be grateful for the wonderful care she received. You are a credit to the hospital.

I recently came to see Jonathan to discuss having a Labiaplasty. I’ve thought about it for many years but always felt embarrassed to discuss it with what I knew would be a male consultant. I wish I hadn’t of waited so long to pluck up the courage! From the moment I had my first meeting with Jonathan I felt at ease. The whole team from the pre op nurse, the nurses on the day, the anatheatists and the nurses at my after care appointment have been truly amazing! What a wonderful team of people to be cared for by. I could not have asked for better!!! The surgery and recovery itself was also more than I could have expected and I am so pleased with my results and it’s been just 4 weeks. Highly recommend Jonathan and his team. Thankyou so much for looking after me!

Such great service I wanted to write a review on my Dads behalf. For the past 3 months, my Dad has bounced between hospital and our local GP. He has been suffering from severe pain due to ulcerated legs which also turned infected. Results of the infection were lost, diagnosis changed depending on who he saw and he generally felt lost within the system wit no where to turn . We decided that we need to seek additional help, so made an appointment with the Oaks. After speaking to my Dad on the way back from the appointment, just the change in his voice, it was worth the visit alone, he was positive and now has a clear direction of the path ahead, albeit long. I just wish we made the decision earlier, if you feel lost, not heard, passed around the care system without any answers then I can’t recommend the Oaks highly enough. Thank you!

My shoulder surgery at Ashtead Hospital was a profoundly positive, safe, warm, and deeply human experience that completely restored my faith in medical care and patient safety. From the moment I was admitted, the entire clinical and nursing team made me feel completely safe, and fully respected. I was especially touched by their deep discretion. I recently attended Blakelands Hospital in Milton Keynes, for an operation. I could not have been more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff treated me with compassion, empathy, and genuine kindness. Everything was clearly explained at each stage, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The treatment was excellent, and the aftercare has been equally outstanding. It’s clear the medical staff take pride in delivering the highest standards of care to their patients. I would highly recommend Blakelands Hospital. A heartfelt thank you to Mr Khanna and his amazing team for looking after me so well.
