I had surgery today for a foot injury.. from start to finish i was treated so well.. the staff were amazing and i felt cared for and safe.. very professional and i found the hospital spotless.. would totally recommend using Blakelands. Kit was amazing my after surgery nurse.

I was admitted to Renacres for a gynecological procedure with Ms Aleem(Oh the joy of being a woman)a wonderful consultant who understands your fears and keeps you informed at every stage of your care also giving you choices and confidence in attaining a successful outcome. The staff from reception onwards are friendly and helpful. The nursing staff cannot be faulted they understood how nervous I was and put me at ease and kept me informed every step of the way, they were never too busy to stop and have a friendly chat and were always professional. The Anesthetist and staff helped me to relax and alaid my fears with their friendly approach and conversation. I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital, consultant and staff to anyone. if I have any other medical problems they will be my first port of call.

I had a right side hip replacement end of October my consultant Mr Kenan Dehne was just fantastic from the initial consultations right through to the operation he really looks after you the care i received at west Midlands hospital was brilliant from admission to discharge nurses physiotherapy and catering staff were all lovely so kind i would just like to thank everybody.

I recently had a hysterectomy with Mr Wassim Hassan, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He made me feel completely at ease throughout the process, thoroughly explained everything in detail, and was incredibly patient—when I didn’t quite grasp the medical terminology, he rephrased it in simple, everyday language that I could easily understand. His skill and care during the procedure were outstanding, and my recovery has been straightforward. I also want to recognise his assistant Marie—she was superb! Always responsive, helpful, and reassuring, which made coordinating appointments and dealing with any questions so much less stressful. The combination of Mr Hassan’s expertise and Marie’s fantastic support made what could have been a daunting time feel manageable and even positive. Thank you both so much—I couldn’t recommend Mr Hassan and his team highly enough.

I currently have ongoing treatment for back pain and have been under the care of Dr Pannikar. He has been wonderful from the first time i met him. He's made me feel so at ease. Today he gave me an injection in my spine. It was very quick and it really wasn't as bad as i had expected. I felt no pain. All the staff were lovely today. Audrey was really nice, very comforting and friendly. She answered all my questions politely and made sure i was ok before i left. I will be recommending this hospital to friends and family from now on. Thank you for all being so wonderful!
