I have been dealing with a slipped disc for two years (2024), my GP sent me to New Hall Hospital and I have now had a disc replacement and everything has gone amazingly, the staff I met during the build up to the procedure such as MRI etc were excellent and so friendly and everyone from the surgery and recovery team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe, I am very grateful and thankful to you all!

I have just had the first half of of my NHS funded staged bilateral hip replacement at Mount Stuart hospital. My consultant was Mr Daniel Hill. The treatment and care I received under him and the whole team at the hospital was fantastic. I was very anxious about this operation but Mr Hill explained everything very clearly and gave me plenty of information to make a well informed choice which reassured me somewhat. And as for the rest of the staff, absolutely excellent. The nurses made sure I was absolutely comfortable, and every member of staff treated me with courtesy and dignity at every stage. And on a final note, The food was very, very nice, definitely better than you would associate with 'hospital food' Many thanks to the whole team

I had minor surgery at Fulwood Hall very recently. The lasting impression would be the care I received from Steph, Lisa and in particular Hannah who looked after me on the ward. All three were lovely, very friendly and approachable which made me feel at ease throughout my stay.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. I've been here several times now for procedures, and each time they are not only very welcoming, but also extremely nurturing. The rooms are very clean, spacious and I know this sounds nominal.....however, they have smart TV's!! Its the little things you know! I've always had Mr. Tan Arulampalam who is a wizard with a tremendous degree of knowledge, guidance and best practice in recovery. The whole team from the nurses, anaesthetist to the Dr we're all fabulous in treatment, guidance and their patience. If you are able to attend this hospital, you're in good hands. Wishing you all the best in this journey, and the best possible recovery!
