Had full shoulder replacement on 29th November I have nothing but praise for consultant anthetist theatre staff and Lisa physio the wonderful caring nurses night and day catering staff who made things so easy as I am registered severely blind this is my 4rh op here and it is amazing in every way well done to all concerned.

What a fantastic place to have surgery, all the staff from reception to discharge were outstanding. The nurses were attentive and knowledgeable, the surgeon and anaesthetist calming and sociable. My procedure was straightforward and exactly as described. The preparation and recovery room was laid out like a hotel room, ensuite shower room, wall mounted TV, sandwich of choice and a lovely cup of tea when coming out of op. Can't find a single fault so much so I'm looking forward to my next surgery, not many people would say that 😁

This place is outstanding! From the warm welcome at reception by a lovely lady named Elaine, I felt comfortable and at ease. The care I received from Sam Reid I can hand on heart say I have never experienced anything like it. Sam is professional, personable & genuinely cares. Attended an appointment today at the hospital. I arrived early, was seen exactly on time for an echocardiogram. Lovely premises, all staff very friendly and efficient. A really positive experience, I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Very efficient staff. Clean facilities. Always plenty of parking space. Free drinks (albeit some are not to my taste…) However, it lacks the human touch from North Downs, which is part of the same group but a lot more friendly and welcoming. Overall nothing to complaint over but treating patients with a little more empathy and being less matter of fact and business-like would be welcomed. I always feel it’s a transaction when I’m here, not part of caring for my wellbeing.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful it doesn't feel like a hospital. Every experience I've had at woodlands has been positive and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They have my complete trust.

For all of my appointments and procedure I was treated very well. I was listened to, I was respected. I was given more respect and treated much better than I am by my own GP. All the staff are friendly, the hospital is very clean.
