from the time I arrived for my operation on 1st November till I went home on 3rd November, I was treated with respect and care. All the staff had patience whilst treating me before my knee replacement and after my op. nothing was so much trouble for any member of staff I encountered during my stay. I had a follow up phone call from the ward the next morning to check how I was, which I really appreciated. Thank you xx

Referred via the NHS for the procedure was very impressed from the moment I stepped through the door and the whole process operation, after care, and explanation of drug usage for the recovery time. A definite 5 stars for the staff and Mr adeel who carried out the procedure.

I would highly recommend Fulwood Hall Hospital I went in for day case surgery as an nhs patient. All the staff from receptionists,consultant,anaesthetist,nurses at pre op and on the day of surgery that treated me were friendly,professional,very caring,supportive and answered any questions clearly and fully. I was kept up to date with times on day of surgery.The hospital is very clean with lovely rooms. I would like to thank Mr Jeremy Ward and his team and pre op nurse Tegan and Sasha my nurse whilst I was in patient for their care.

My wife had a procedure Thursday 30th Oct. by radiologist Dr Jethwa and his team. She reacted badly to the procedure and had to be seen again on the Friday. Dr Jethwa arranged for further blood tests and checked in with her everyday over the weekend. He then arranged more emergency scans and consult the following week on his day off! The outcome of the procedure is looking very positive. In a scenario where things do not go perfectly we could not be more grateful to the support and professional of Dr Jethwa and his team. They have gone above and beyond to help my wife and we wanted to recommend Springfield Hospital and its Radiology department for the wonderful service. many thanks Julian & Sam Tolhurst

I've just been for a knee arthroscopy procedure under general anaesthetic and can't rate this hospital highly enough. All the staff in the ACU and Theatre, as well as those in reception and physio, were brilliant. I received such kindness and consideration for privacy; kept informed all the time; and there were frequent checks to make sure it was the right patient with the right procedure - so I felt confident that there was a high level of professionalism in the unit. I count myself very fortunate to have been able to access their services.
