This is the first time I have used Exeter Medical. From start to finish the staff were excellent. Debbie at reception was extremely welcoming and professional, the theatre staff were clearly very experienced and went out of their way to make my visit as comfortable as possible. I was seen by Dr Craig Barker who carried out a minor operation in an exemplary manner and was clearly a professional in his field of work. I have no hesitation in recommending Exeter Medical, well done all!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommend. Staff wonderful and can’t do enough. Got me in for my surgery within a week. Honestly couldn’t ask for better care. Nurses, sisters, ODP, receptionist, manager, anaesthetist, surgeon, domestic, healthcare assistant, cook, kitchen lady, and anyone I have missed. Thank you so much. Your work doesn’t go unknown. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me and all you do. Words are not enough. I wouldn’t hesitate if I ever needed treatment again - 💯 % no doubt about it

What a great hospital, I’ve recently had spinal surgery here and I cannot fault the staff whatsoever, the hospital itself is super clean, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable they are also very caring and your wellbeing matters to them. Even the reception staff are so welcoming and friendly when you first arrive. I was unable to move much on my own at first so if I needed anything I had to call - I said to one of the nurses I felt awful to keep calling for simple things but she simply responded with that’s what we are here for love so please use it if you need us. My surgeon was amazing, excellent at what he does and went over everything fully again, checked I was happy before proceeding. Overall really great experience at Woodthorpe, I’m glad my aftercare will be here too. Highly recommend if you have a choice of places, pick Woodthorpe!

I went to Ashtead Hospital for a day care procedure on my back. I received first class treatment from the time I entered the hospital, to the timeI I left. The hospital was spotlessly clean. My bedroom extremely comfortable. The food was excellent and my treatment by all the staff from the Professor to the kitchen porter could not be faulted. Thank you Ashtead Hospital.

After just receiving a follow-up phone call from Mr Stephen Blake regarding both of my hip replacement operations which he did March & November 2005. I feel I must write to let you know the treatment I received was on both stays in Mount Stuart, which was through the NHS, were absolutely perfect the care and kindness I was shown was outstanding, I cannot thank Mr Blake’s staff enough for all their treatment and helping me through the operations. Also to All the staff from receptionist to the cooks who prepared such great meals a big Thank you Hazel Gales

I was very impressed how this Hospital is set in a lovely corner of the countryside with flowers on full display as a walked to check in at reception . Hands down the best experience of healthcare I have ever had. All of the staff made me feel safe, well cared for and confident that I was in great hands. Whilst everyone was great, I would like to particularly recognise Clare who took care of me post surgery whilst I was in recovery and Jamilla who was my nurse on the day. She was patient, kind and explained everything- a credit to the hospital and the profession. Thank you all. Hospital is rarely a pleasant experience but you made it so much better than I could have expected.

I had a procedure here and although it was delayed. When I explained my personal circumstance it was rearranged quickly for a week later. The care I got from the nursing staff and medical staff whilst in hospital was great. I felt everything was very clear and calm. Before I’d even had the procedure my physiotherapy appointment for follow up was already booked. I’m very impressed thank you

The consultant doctors nurses are beyond friendly they all go above and beyond nothing is to much trouble they're very helpful you have sny worries they're they're put your mind at rest im more than impressed by the treatment I had for hip operation I wish all hospitals were even half as good as clifton park hospital id like to thank all staff in my treatment nurses included for been so good to me and going out your way be proud of what you all do you deserve the praise

Well what can I say from my first visit to having my knee replacement I want to say a big thank you to all doctors, nurses and support staff and the lovely catering staff for everything you have done to support my recovery, to anyone who is coming for treatment feel at ease. Oops nearly forgot the brilliant physio staff.
