What a fantastic place , I had to go into the duchy hospital for an angiogram, I was looked after by the staff, can't thank them enough, they went above and beyond,to make my stay as comfortable as possible

It was my third epidural injection at this hospital through NHS. This time waiting list was much shorter time than two before. The treatment itself and all procedures was always delivered in professional manner. All staff extremely friendly and very nice. All staff doctors, nurses and general staff was super kind and caring. Made me feel safe and comfortable for my first procedure I’ve ever had. They completely eliminated any fear I had going into the surgery. They was friendly and supportive and made me smile and happy even with the fear of the procedure hanging over me. I couldn't have been referred to a better hospital. I had avoided having my gallbladder removed for 3 years but the damage to my liver caused after pregnancy and increased pain I knew I had to do something. Luckily, I was seen by Dr. Edward Alabraba. He sensed my anxiety and nerves a mile off and was so reassuring, professional and confident in his ability I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I had an appointment date within about 4 months of my first consultation which was incredible for an NHS patient. Last Friday, I had my keyhole surgery. The staff are incredibly friendly, the catering staff, nurses (Raymond, Gen and another lady who I can't remember her name) all great. Provided biscuits, toast, cups of tea and on time with all the medication. Own private room with a toilet, fan, TV. Just so relaxing, I can never sleep in hospitals but had no problems here. The nurse who came to collect me for theatre was a gem, I remember she had a colourful scrub cap and she said her child worked in the theatre so she knew I was in safe hands was so lovely! She knew I was terrified but did everything to distract me before the surgery including gently unplaiting my hair and saying how lovely it was. In the operation Dr. Alabraba made sure it was fully successful and went smoothly despite there being more damage than my scans at other hospitals showed. So grateful that I can lead a normal life again now. Thank you 🩷 Please send my thanks to Dr. Alabraba and the lovely theatre lady with the colourful scrub cap! ✨

I had elbow nerve release surgery. Staff was amazing starting from reception ending surgery staff and after care. Everyone knew their job well. I felt well cared. I had the first surgery in UK and I can’t say anything bad about it. Thank you to all who were involved in my surgery day!

Very Good experience of the day case admission The nurses were friendly, helpful and informative. Excellent consultant, so down to earth, made me feel at ease! Before, during & after the procedure, he kept me well informed as to whatever needed doing in simple English, no jargon. My best compliments to the consultant. Overall I felt respected & cared for! Would be happy to be treated at Yorkshire clinic again 😀

Excellent care from pre- surgery, through to physio. Room was spotless, comfortable and continuously checked for hygiene products stock situation, patient comforts (food & drink requirements) and temperature ambience. Nice friendly staff, all willing to go the 'extra mile'. Meals were Excellent with plenty of choices both veggie and other. Highly recommend!

My recent procedure and overnight stay at Pinehill Hospital as an NHS patient were excellently managed and matched the very positive feelings I had from when I stayed as a private patient there in years gone by. All the staff I encountered were helpful and professional and I had great confidence in the surgeon, anaesthetist and nursing staff responsible for my care. I would recommend Pinehill unreservedly.

This is a very special place for private or NHS referalls in all the aspects of Surgery they cover. I had a knee replacement by the amazing Surgeon Mr Karandish and every single staff member, consultants and auxillary staff have without exception been 100% comitted to the patients well being.
