  • Reception very smart and welcoming. Came for a small procedure requiring an anesthetic. Whole experience very professional from initial consultation, pre-op and operation/recovery. I had some concerns about the anesthetic from previous experiences but they applied special care to ensure my concerns were addressed. Procedure went well and on way to recovery

  • Many thanks to Mr Palial and his team in the operating theatre for my Carpal Tunnel operation on 26 May 2026. I feel amazed by their expertise and professionalism with kindness throughout the whole procedure . I also had a wonderful experience during the waiting period despite some delay which was quite normal, but I was spoiled with care and attention from the nurses and staff who looked after me and kept checking on me the whole time to make sure I am OK and comfortable. In fact, I am really enjoying my time there, reading my book and staying out of the heat on the hottest May day. Overall, I felt extremely thankful and greatly appreciated being placed under your care.

  • I had physiotherapy with Fiona following a back operation. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through a series of exercises to improve my strength. I was especially pleased with the acupuncture sessions which were brilliant for reducing the pain and really helped me move forward with my recovery.
