  • I have had both my knees replaced by Mr Clifton. One in April 2024 and the other in July 2025. On both occasions I was treated extremely well in the hospital, by all members of staff. From the cleaners, all nursing staff and indeed Mr Clifton, and the anaesthetist. My room both times was clean and bright. I recommend Mr Clifton to anyone needing knee replacements. He is simply the best!

  • My wife has just returned home from a knee replacement at Springfield, and have to say the care was absolutely superb, all of the staff the nurses, then doctors, the pharmacist, the cleaners, the food and drink ladies, the receptionists literally everyone we could not fault, so kind, caring and professional, many working unbelievably long days but still managing to smile these people are all true angels, thank you.

  • Had a pediatric ENT appointment, and from the moment we walked in we were treated well. Very kind staff at the front checked us in, and the nurse who took us to our appointment was also very nice. The Dr took the time to really listen and discuss our concerns and possible courses of action.
