  • This was a hospital visit,I parked in the main car park no problem.The staff were very helpful and unrushed.There is a waiting area and seating,also s ramp for access. A pleasant visit.

  • I have just had a shoulder injection to treat my frozen shoulder, the Main Receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming on arrival, the Consultant was knowledgeable and professional. I went straight round for an X-Ray and was seen in minutes and then went straight back in with the Consultant Mr Stanton who booked me for the shoulder injection and explained the procedure. I was called by a very pleasant lady who booked me in for my injection - it was much sooner than I thought it may be. Today I had the injection, once again the X-Ray Receptionist was friendly and kind, the Consultant and nurse were supportive when I explained that I was very nervous of needles, they put my mind at rest and everything was explained to me exceptionally well. I would happily recommend Oaks Hospital to friends and family.

  • Initial consultation, X-rays and scans to treatment was just a few weeks. Arriving for an operation is daunting but everyone from reception staff, ward staff to consultant and theatre team looked after me with care, answered my questions and sent me home feeling much happier. The problem is bandaged so I can’t see the handy work yet, minimal discomfort. Thank you.

  • Everyone, from my anaesthetist and consultant, Miss Helene Stevenson, to every doctor, nurse and member of staff who cared for me, was absolutely exceptional. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience at Renacres. The facilities were excellent, but what stood out most was the constant care, kindness and reassurance I received throughout my stay. I felt listened to, looked after and completely confident in the team at every stage. The whole experience exceeded anything I could have expected, particularly at a time when I was understandably anxious about having surgery. I am incredibly grateful to everyone involved in my care and could not recommend Renacres Hospital highly enough.
