I would like to thank all the staff at Springfield Hospital for the excellent care I received. My sincere thanks go especially to Adam, my surgeon, who was respectful, informative, approachable, and made me feel calm and relaxed throughout my treatment. Although all the staff are extremely busy caring for many patients, there was one HCA who made me feel truly special. She was informative, attentive, seemed to know what I needed before I did, and took the time to check on me regularly. Suzanne, you are a credit to Springfield Hospital. Your kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a real difference to my experience. We need more Suzannes in this world. Thank you once again to everyone involved in my care.

Very well cared for and found staff professional and courteous to the highest standards. From surgeon to nurse to physio to food trolley ladies and gents, this place has a great team of dedicated and skilled people- Huge thank you to Ramsay Health Care, Fitzwilliam Hospital and Mr Rohit Rambani and all the wonderful staff at this wonderful hospital. Lastly I would also like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful institution that is the NHS, we have national treasure in its services that’s not always obvious but is always there when you really really need them to be. I had an MRI scan at Springfield Hospital and was extremely pleased with the friendly and professional service that I received. The hospital is immaculate with a very relaxing atmosphere that induces calm and relaxation. I highly recommend Springfield Hospital and anyone waiting to go there for the first time be assured that you will receive the utmost care and support.

Excellent, thorough from arrival to midway. Although travel was stressful. I understand the job in hand is not easy, requires teamwork, highly trained set of people. So I would recommend.
