Wow, this hospital is amazing! I was very very nervous going for a full knee replacement but everyone were so kind and friendly I didn’t need to bother. Excellent experience and a great job done by all.

We were referred here for my husband. The reception staff were brilliant and super polite, but the medical staff were quite abrupt and rude. You do get seen quickly and appointment are incredibly fast but there could be more compassion from the medical team.

This hospital and staff deserve 100% in every aspect. I have attended twice for operations both times the hospital was immaculate pre- operation staff were polite and helpful post op exactly the same,felt relaxed at all times. Food is very good.All in all very good.

Mr K has been amazing. All the staff efficient friendly and helpful. Reassuring throughout. From pre assessment to admission, the operation the nurses, physio, medication, note for work. Phone support if needed. Follow up call to check your ok. Cannot fault my experience. Went back to get the second op ... exactly the same experience. Thankyou so much everyone

I spent two days in Woodthorpe Hospital following surgery. I have been extremely happy with the care I have received both pre and post op. The consultant spent time explaining the procedure and potential side effects which was comforting. The nurses and staff were all lovely and very attentive and the facilities were great. So far my post op care has been great. Would recommend.

I had a total knee replacement on the 21st of April 26. My stay at Duchy was excellent and could not be faulted in any way. From the moment I walked through that door to the moment I left I was treated with kindness. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team worked together to ensure one was made to feel as comfortable as possible.

My experience of the Oakland hospital was first class.I cannot fault any department from my consultant Mr.Gill to cleaning staff when I had my knee replacement last May.The aftercare was excellent and follow up appointments always ran smoothly.I was also offered a rehab class as extra physio which I took advantage of.Would highly recommend.

Amazing hospital so friendly and caring nothing to much trouble from the appointments before my full knee replacement to having it done with checks to make sure you ok when you get home the staff was amazing from recovery to the ward I was nervous and anxiety though roof but ste helped me so much listened and understood my concerns too my nurses on wards just amazing thank you for always listening and taking time out your busy day to make me feel cared for thank you. Your staff are amazing

My name is Patricia Bateman. I had a knee replacement at Cherwell Hospital In Banbury & have been going to Blakelands Hospital for dressing changes. I have had excellent care as an outpatient at Blakelands from nurse Samira & doctor Anita. I had blisters round my knee &Samira & Anita are both very understanding & excellent I couldn’t have had better care. I highly recommend them both & Blakelands Hospital.

I had a knee Arthroscopy carried out by Mr Bhadi in April 2026. Excellent service from the initial consultation through to the operation and after care. I received after care phone calls after my operation I had to call the discharge number with a couple of little concerns. All concerns were dealt with straight away. The nurses who looked after me were excellent. Overall a fantastic service. I highly recommend.

I had an operation at Woodlands Hospital in Kettering yesterday, and the care I received was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I checked in at reception, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. My privacy and dignity were always respected, and every member of the team went above and beyond—from the support staff to the anesthetist and surgeon. Regrettably I cant recall everyone's names but the post-op Nurse in the recovery room and especially the Nurse looking after me in room 107 were fantastic The nursing care was exemplary, and I felt genuinely well looked after throughout. Everything was clearly explained to me, particularly during recovery, including my care plan and medication. I felt informed, reassured, and in very capable hands the entire time. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing treatment. The cleanliness and food were 1st rate so thank you to all. With regards Andy
