  • I had a very positive experience at the hospital. The doctor and the entire team were extremely kind, friendly and professional, and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure. It was clear that they have a great deal of experience and know exactly how to look after their patients. They were reassuring, patient and treated me with genuine care and respect, which made a potentially stressful experience much easier.

  • I had my gallbladder removed today, i had the best experiance. Nice and relaxed, kept up to date with when i would be going in to surgery. post op experiance was also excellent, i had the same nurse bobbing in and out making sure i was ok diane i think she was called, lovely nurse calm, reasuring and always smiling even when she was running back and forth to make me drinks. The communication was outstanding by every member of staff who was in today. fantactic teami would highly recommend this hospital for elective procedures. thank you all

  • Writing this review on behalf of my wife Sue Davies: "After feelng apprehensive and stressed about the health assessment (never having done one before) & being a total wimp when I had a blood test; meeting Louise made me feel so much better. She was kind, friendly and professional. I felt completely at ease with her. She explained all the preocedures and asked interested and relevant questions. I will be coming back next year. Also much respect to Dr Lucy Maw.

  • Absolutely incredible. I’m extremely nervous about being put under general anaesthetic and always have been. You would think after 50 operations I would be used to it. After explaining my fears the team were out of this world. They were so kind, understanding and reassuring. They even had me laughing as I was being put under. I went in under the NHS and was treated like any other patient. An absolute credit to Ramsey health. You should all be so proud of yourselves. I can not thank you enough.

  • It is two forty am and about eleven hours after my total hip replacement.I have been very comfortable and managing the pain so we'll.The people here are really helpful and delightful and just first class. Everything here so far has exceeded my expectations.It is too early to rate the operation result but I am looking forward to a much better life in the future thanks to the skill and hard work and care I have received so far.They have all been just Brilliant and I thank the teams from deep within my heart.Nick Wotton
