Had a knee operation and from the get go all scans were offered with plenty of notice and I could pick and choose the days/times to work around my job. Everything was explained clearly and with a smile. Big shout out and respect to Catherine (physio) and nurse francesca whom on the day of operation gave me excellent advise and guidance.

Incredible hospital with just the most professional, friendly staff I have ever come across. I cannot stress this enough; how all the staff are friendly not just to patients and visitors but towards each other - all working as a team. Refreshing to see and a pleasure to be amongst. Ramsey Health and Springfield Hospital have really impressed. A faultless experience and comfortable, reassuring overnight stay. THANK YOU

I recently had a full right hip replacement (Jan 2026) at Woodthorpe Hospital, and I cannot praise the staff enough. The level of care I received was absolutely phenomenal, allowing me to be safely discharged after just one night on Ward 1! A massive thank you to my surgeon, Mr. S. BADHE, for a fantastic job, as well as Dr. Mohammed and my anaesthetist, Mr. Khandelwal, for putting me completely at ease during the operation. The nursing and support staff on Ward 1 were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. Special mentions and huge thanks to Sam (NCA), Kayleigh, Gia, Ray, Ben, Sade, Tatenda, Sammy, and Lashae—you all made my recovery so comfortable and reassuring. Finally, a hospital stay is always made better by great food! Compliments to Glenda the Chef for the delicious meals, and thank you to Bev the waitress for her cheerful and wonderful service. If you are nervous about an upcoming procedure here, don't be. You are in the absolute best hands. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Mr Shukla at The Woodlands Hospital and, as always, the experience was exceptional. Having previously undergone two successful hip surgeries with Mr Shukla, I specifically requested to see him again for my orthopaedic care. Not only is he an outstanding surgeon, but he also brings a level of warmth, respect and professionalism that is truly reassuring. What stands out most is his approach with patients. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed, even when his clinic is clearly very busy. You feel treated as an individual, not just another appointment in the day. His personalised and thoughtful approach, combined with his clinical expertise, gives me complete confidence in his care. It is for these reasons that I continue to return to Mr Shukla and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I am presently recovering from a full hip replacement and cannot praise this hospital enough. From my initial consultation up to my operation the staff have been nothing less than 5*. I was concerned I may have to pay because of the waiting time. But the consultant got me through very quickly. The staff before and after my op were kind and considerate and the food was amazing. I previously used the private hospital in harrogate but would now choose Yorkshire Clinic over anywhere, if I had choice. Thank you once again.
