After having my operation cancelled at the last minute, the rebooking was very quickly sorted out, its a lovely hospital with lovely friendly staff, one should not worry, its very nicely arranged. You need to fill in a form on line for your Wellbeing, a simple process if you use a PC or phone. A letter will be received in the post with a date to have a phone call, or need to be seen at the hospital for assessment. Then a date given for your Operation, or needs to be seen to. I was very well looked after and can only praise the staff for the help and understanding of your own needs. There's lots we don't see to run a hospital so smoothly, and its sometimes the people you don't see, that also need the praise. It take a team of workers, not just individuals. How they do it I don't know, but its really well done. I've now had my operation and need to go back in under ten days to be checked over, and Items removed. In layman's words it was a Bellybutton Hernia after over working oneself. You will receive updates via text messages if you agree to them from the hospital. On the day of the operation I arrived shown a single room which was very nice, checked over, seen the Nurse, for the normal checks, the pharmacist, the Doctor, and the anaesthetist, Nurse then the operation, had to stay in over night, so better to take extra`s in case of needing to stay the night. The Nurses check on you, yes I was awake, and offered drinks and biscuits, all during the night, having had nothing to eat for 28 hours or more. Left the hospital very happy. Just wish it had been done sooner.

Took both my wisdom tooth out and had no issues at all was the easiest thing I've ever had done either people exaggerating or the dentist was the best in the world. Highly recommended this dental surgery best one I've ever been to in my life, hands down and living in the UK it's hard to find legit doctors or dentists so very pleased

I came to this hospital for an endoscopy. The team were welcoming and professional and they helped keep me relaxed from start to finish. The facilities were spotless and the appointment was smooth and well managed. I left feeling well cared for and properly informed.

I was in Renacres Hospital on Wednesday 15th April for a total hip replacement. The care and kindness I received during my stay was simply amazing. I was under Mr Kapoor who is an outstanding specialist. Every member of staff I met was kind and considerate and made a very worried man feel completely relaxed and in good hands. Saying I received a 5 star service doesn’t do justice. For anyone about to attend this hospital. Don’t worry. You really are in very capable hands and you will receive outstanding care. Excellent people make this an Excellent hospital

All levels of care were great and I felt very well looked after! It’s not a procedure for the faint hearted, it was very much about managing the pain in the first week - but on codeine every 6 hours and ibuprofen and paracetamol in between it was controllable. Exercises/physio is a must - exactly as instructed! And ice was very much part of the daily routine along with elevating my knee and resting. Each week I felt I turned a corner, the range of motion does increase slowly, the pain does reduce slowly. Definitely felt good to have the dressing removed and stitches out at end of week 2. Gradually went from two crutches to one by week 3 and could walk comfortably with no crutches by week 4-5. Stopped codeine after week 3, but have continued with other painkillers especially at night until week 6. Now take as and when required of doing a bit more! Every day is different - it’s not a straight line. My knee lets me know if I’ve done too much. Now at 6 weeks I’m walking my dog for 25 minute walks, and looking to increase over the next week.

I had a breast reduction here with Dr Effie Katerinaki, who was amazing. So lovely, Kind and honest. When I first went to visit her she explained thoroughly the surgery and wasn’t afraid to tell me all the possible risks. She was very honest and really cared about what would be best for me. I was able to have a second consultation to ask more questions. This allowed me to have plenty of information before hand to be prepared. When I returned for my operation the nurses who helped me were all so kind and helpful which made feel so much at ease. Even the people in theatre were so gentle and caring. Not a bad word to say about any of the staff I interacted with here. I felt like I was in very safe hands The best decision I’ve made! I feel to grateful to have experienced something so scary with people who genuinely care, it makes all the difference. Thank you so much Effie, you’ve change my life.
