I was in Renacres Hospital on Wednesday 15th April for a total hip replacement. The care and kindness I received during my stay was simply amazing. I was under Mr Kapoor who is an outstanding specialist. Every member of staff I met was kind and considerate and made a very worried man feel completely relaxed and in good hands. Saying I received a 5 star service doesn’t do justice. For anyone about to attend this hospital. Don’t worry. You really are in very capable hands and you will receive outstanding care. Excellent people make this an Excellent hospital

I had a procedure done here last year, and the staff here was so helpful and nice. It would have been nice though to have a friend or 2 during the time I was there for reassurance and support. Also, a couple of days stay in the hospital after the procedure for reassurance aswell as medications as when I was at home, I was panicking a lot and had to take so much medication for the pain. Being in a hospital would have helped in my opinion, so that I'm ok etc. Also they could check on the healing before being discharged. But overall, the staff were so nice and helpful. I cannot fault them! I have posted a picture of my room! Clean and spacious. Thankyou west midlands hospital

My overall experience at Fulwood Hall Hospital was exceptional. From arriving at the hospital to leaving there with the right information, guidance, and medication. Before I arrived at the hospital I was feeling very apprehensive regarding my procedure/operation. However, all the staff including my consultant, Mr Haq, and all the Nursing Team made me feel at ease. Their caring and professional conduct carrying out their duties was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. I hope that all the staff will see my comments because they deserve it. I would definitely recommend Fulwood Hall Hospital to anyone. I felt very lucky to be an NHS patient in a private hospital. ❤️👍.

From my initial referral to my discharge after the operation was a very pleasant experience. All staff from the receptionists to the surgeon and everyone inbetween, were professional, efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If I every need surgery in the future I hope this place is an option, I would definitely recommend to family and friends, Thank you.

I recently had an operation with Mr Tommy Chan. From the day of my consultation until my post op, he has been amazing, so caring and professional. He cares for his patients continuous until discharged from his care. He’s given me the confidence I hadn’t had for 40 years, his secretary Jodie Ball was amazing at replying to my emails. The nurses, receptionists, xray department at the hospital were so welcoming and helpful. One of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. I’m forever grateful for what you have done for me. Thank you

I had a relatively short wait from initial consultation to surgery, which is really good for NHS treatment. The hospital was clean, staff friendly, and the procedure which was carried out absolutely excellent with a great outcome. The only irrelevant downside was the terrible coffee in the waiting room, which is totally insignificant! Superb treatment I received in my eye surgery. An excellent 5 star experience overall!

My stay in Springfield hospital was impeccable from my consultant Mr Flanagan, and his team, nursing staff, physio, receptionists absolutely every one. I felt fully informed, respected and safe at all times.
