Many times I have been back and forth to city and qmc and I felt a bit betrayed and neglected however coming to woodthorpe hospital and speaking with Dr Anish Bali wow I felt like my life was over till I met him he reassured me and gave me guidance and advise he recommended me to go for a ultrasound I can surely say I've never felt listened to I haven't felt my care or my safety was in best interest I dam well was with Dr Bali I really am grateful to all his staff at woodthorpe hospital and Dr Bali himself you truly are a professional hospital very clean and I hope I in the future will come to you again.

Mr Mills and Rena Hawkins were friendly and professional. I felt relaxed and they chatted to me throughout the operation, which was smoothly and quickly done. They also let me know what was happening as they did it which was fantastic. The hot chocolate was also great!

Complex Extraction performed by a fantastic professional legend Mr Dietrich and Nurse Campbell. Wow what a duo. I was extremely nervous and was put at ease and the two extractions were performed painlessly and quickly on 21/05/2026. Thank you so much and would highly recommend 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service - from the receptionists to the nurses/healthcare team and consultant, everyone was professional, friendly and reassuring. The consultant, Mr Coapes, carried out the procedure expertly and swiftly, whilst I was distracted by an enjoyable conversation with the nurses. First-class.

Plenty of parking available. Inviting and welcoming reception area and staff. Nursing staff welcoming, courteous and display a great level of attentiveness, knowledge and care. Overall up to now treatment has been of a high standard, caring, compassionate and efficient, just as good as I find with my other specialists within the NHS. Appointment ran almost 40 minutes late unfortunately but not such a big issue, as someone in and around various medical settings almost daily, delays are to be expected at times and sometimes can't be helped and doesnt negate from the level of professionalism and standard of care shown and given.

The Outpatients department is clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long to see my Consultant, despite arriving early. It was altogether a much less stressful situation than it can be at large hospitals - I would be very happy to be seen there again, in preference.

I saw Mr Norris for hand pain which was diagnosed as carpal tunnel syndrome. I had the decompression surgery done on my right hand and then 3 months later my left hand. I can honestly say I’ve never seen a more helpful, conscientious and professional consultant as Mr Norris and I’m so glad he was on the list of approved consultants! If I could give 6 stars I would!

My 90 year old father had a catheter for the last 4 years. He had regular UTIs, experienced side effects of trospium, woke 4 times a night to pee. One month post HOLEP, he is catheter free. Infection free, trospium free and only wakes once at night. His quality of life has been transformed
