I visited Westbourne Centre today. I was quite nervous but when I had my consultation with the nurse excellent service and when I went to see the dentist brilliant service will be returning back to get a tooth pulled out. Definitely recommend them Thomas Dietrich the best Dentist

I had a cervical neck operation on 1st June and was in overnight. All the staff were very considerate and understanding. The room was very clean tidy and quiet overnight. The surgeon spent time explaining before and after my operation. Overall my experience was excellent and I am now on my path to full recovery.

I recently had an endoscopy and wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Every member of staff involved in my care was professional, kind and attentive. They took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered my questions and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. The level of care, compassion and teamwork demonstrated by everyone involved was outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience so positive and reassuring. Your dedication and professionalism are truly appreciated. Came to The Cherwell Hospital for a Subacromial decompression and AC Joint excision, I have to say from start to finish this hospital was fantastic. From the surgeons to the nurses and everyone in between were brilliant and left me feeling as safe and reassured after my first surgery. I would definitely return to The Cherwell Hospital for any future issues when the need arises. Thank you all so much for such a positive experience .

Had hernia surgery last week at the Yorkshire Clinic. It was a fantastic experience. Reception team were very friendly and approachable - great first impression. The nurse, consultant, pediatrician were all very reassuring and made time to genuinely take an interest in my care. I never felt rushed. The hospital was clean and I was quickly down for surgery and out of the hospital later that day. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had an excellent experience at Blakelands Hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were attentive, compassionate, and always willing to answer my questions, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my treatment. The hospital was clean, well organized, and welcoming, and the standard of care I received exceeded my expectations. I particularly appreciated the clear communication and the genuine concern shown by every member of staff. Their dedication and commitment to patient care made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I had some physio appointments with Claire Jennings at Buckshaw hospital. She was absolutely amazing - I can not fault her care at all. She was caring, kind, attentive, responsive and open to all my needs and issues. She took time and attention to detail to give me all the treatment she could to help me through my worries and issues. I would go back to her in a heartbeat and would recommend this physiotherapist who has a special interest in Obs and Gynae physio to all my family and friends if they should need this help.

Following an inpatient stay on 02.06.26, I just wanted to pass on a compliment to everyone who took care of me from reception to the nursing team who looked after me pre-operatively, the consultant anaesthetist (sorry name I've not remembered), Mr Verdin and Bob the ODP who took great care in minimising mine and my partners anxiety and of course after undertaking a successful surgery, the care received by the recovery nurses; the heated blanket was most welcome! A special mention to Sally-Anne (RN in charge of my care on the ward) and Rasa (HCA) who were both truly faultless and took great care and patience with me posted operatively when I wasn't feeling at my best. Also, a thank you to the catering team who navigated the uncertainty of whether I would end up staying overnight with the minimalist of fuss and made arrangements for a particular item to made available for tea/take away if I were to be discharged before then.

I would rate my overall experience at the Oaks Hospital in the highest grade. I have visited the Oaks Hospital several time for myself and my family and have always found the staff welcoming and facilities of a high standard. Although I parked easily on my first appointment, on my second visit for my blood test this time, I struggled to find a parking space. This would be a minor negative.
