Dr Mashkur Khan is a General Physician at Ashtead Hospital in Surrey
Dr Khan covers all aspects of general medicine including patients presenting with an acute crisis and their subsequent stabilisation.
His specialists interests include: Multi-system disease, complex medical problems with uncertain aetiology, unexplained syncope & vascular problems, hypertension, stroke and stroke prevention, Parkinson's Disease and mobility disorders.
Initial consultation fee will not exceed £250 and follow-up consultation fee will not exceed £150.
Dr Khan trained as a specialist registrar in Manchester and was Senior House Officer at Epsom General Hospital for two years between 1995 and 1996. During 1996 he gained experience in a medical practice in Houston, Texas. He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George’s Hospital Medical School and a clinical teacher at the University of London. Also FRCP London 1996, FRCP Ireland 2011, Associate of the Higher Education Academy and Examiner for MRCP PACES.
Dr Khan is a Fellow of the society of Geriatric Cardiology (FSGC) in America and is also a member of the Movement Disorders Society (MDS). He has chaired several national and international meetings on Parkinson’s disease and is a national judge for health service journal in long term conditions.
Dr Khan is also a Regional Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.
