Mr Julian Robins is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon in Buckinghamshire who specialises in Medical and Surgical Retina.
Mr Robins is a Consultant Ophthalmologist specialising in treating patients with blurred vision. As an experienced ophthalmic surgeon with a sub-speciality interest in conditions of the retina, he established the Vitreo-Retinal surgery service service in the Milton Keynes, Luton and Bedfordshire area.
He consults for acute and general ophthalmic conditions and is a dual trained medical and surgical retina specialist.
Mr Robins completed an Ophthalmic Specialist training programme in London before completing Fellowships in Medical Retina and Vitreous-Retinal surgery at St Thomas’ Hospital.
He is committed to teaching, having completed a Postgraduate qualification in medical education at Kings College London, and is Clinical Supervisor for both Ophthalmic Speciality Trainees in the Oxford deanery and Undergraduate Medical students attending Milton Keynes University Hospital.
Mr Robins completed a masters degree at the Institute of Ophthalmology, University College London, with research into Genetic Eye Disease and has presented clinical research at an International level.
