Dr Daryani's areas of interest are general adult cardiology including angina, palpitation, heart failure, valvular heart disease, and cardiomyopathy.
His special interests are cardiac imaging including advanced echocardiography, stress echo, and cardiac MRI. He has performed hundreds of coronary angiogram, pacemaker implants, stress echo, TOE and cardiac MRI.

Dr. Daryani completed his medical training at prestigious institutions including St George’s, Bart’s, and The London, following successfully completing his MSc and PhD in Genetics (University of London).
He then undertook specialist cardiology training at London Chest, St Thomas’, and St George’s. His passion for cardiac imaging led him to further sub-specialise as a Senior Registrar and Fellow at St George’s and the Royal Brompton Hospital.
Professional Experience
Dr. Daryani has held numerous consultant roles, including positions at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust and Harefield Hospital where he served as an Honorary Consultant.
His leadership skills were recognized as he took on the role of Clinical Lead and is currently the Imaging Lead. He also works closely with the Cardiac MRI Unit at St Thomas’ Hospital and King’s College London, contributing significantly to advancements in cardiac imaging.
