Mr Wojcik is interested in treatment of spinal deformities and degenerative and post traumatic disorders of the back and spine. Mr Wojcik treats pain and sciatica using modernmini-invasive techniques in surgical treatment.



In 1993  Mr Wojcik was appointed for the post of Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in Hinchingbrooke Hospital, where Mr Wojcik treated a variety of spinal disorders




Mr Wojcik will perform his complex work at our sister hospital in Peterborough, Fitzwilliam Hospital.

Mr Wojcik is a member of national and regionalprofessional organisations and has published and presented the outcomes ofhis work at various national and international conferences, as well publishedmy research in the professional journals.

Mr Wojcik hasintroduced mini-invasive techniques in surgical treatment for spinaldeformities and post-traumatic disorders of the spine.




Working at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge(1997 - 2007 ) and  The Spinal Unit of Nottingham University Hospital(2007 - 2011) Mr Wojcik was appointed as Honorary Spinal Surgeon at bothhospitals.

MrWojcik graduated in 1974 from Medical University in Warsaw (previous nameMedical Academy). All primary orthopaedic training was completed in Warsawincluding specialisation in Orthopaedic Surgery, as well as Rehabilitation oflocomotor disorders. In 1984 Mr Wojcik completed PhDthesis.

Since 1986 MrWojcik has practiced in the UK, initially appointed as Spinal Surgical andResearch Fellow in Spinal Unit / University of Nottingham. After completion ofFRCS degree he was a senior registrar in Middlesex University CollegeHospitals in London, in the period 1991-1993.
