Mr Boizot was appointed Consultant Specialist in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Tours in France in 1993 where he pursued a particular interest in hip and knee replacement. 

Since 2007 Mr Boizot has worked as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Horton Treatment Centre in Banbury where he performs primary and revision hip replacements (cemented and uncemented), knee arthroscopy and replacement (primary and revision), and minor foot surgery.
