Dr Raghavan Vidya, an oncoplastic breast surgeon with expertise in management of benign and malignant breast diseases. She works at Royal Wolverhampton Hospital and practice at Capio (Rowley) Hospital, Stafford treating the full array of breast diseases.
She performs breast cancer surgery incorporating oncoplastic techniques and breast reconstruction. Her specialist interests include breast reconstruction, lipomodelling and minimal axillary surgery. She has introduced and mentored new innovations including muscle sparing implant based breast reconstruction. Dr Vidya actively contributes to teaching, training and research.

In 2007, She was awarded the prestigious traveling scholarship from the Association of Breast Surgeons where shespent some time at the world renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital in New York. She is a past National member of ABS breast academic Group and National Chemotherapy and Pharmacy Group, part of NCRN. She is actively involved in clinical trials and has special interest in new technology and advances in breast surgery. Dr Vidya has founded the virtual Global breast Hub, to bring together global experts on a single platform. She is the breast lead for International Surgical training programme (ISTP).
